🔸شرکت‌های تولیدکننده نرم‌افزار که واجد شرایط دستورالعمل 4017/3 وزارت صنعت باشند، با دریافت پروانه از دفتر توسعه و کاربرد فناوری اطلاعات، چهار سال از پرداخت مالیات معاف می‌شوند.

🔸دفتر توسعه و کاربرد فناوری اطلاعات، زیرمجموعه بخش معاونت آموزش و پژوهش و فناوری اطلاعات وزارت صنعت، معدن و تجارت که در بیست‌ویکمین نمایشگاه الکامپ در سالن دولت الکترونیکی حضور دارد، معافیت مالیاتی را به مدت چهار سال برای شرکت‌های تولیدکننده نرم‌افزار فراهم کرده است.

🔸به گزارش اقتصاد آنلاین به نقل از ایسنا، این دفتر وظیفه صدور پروانه بهره‌برداری شرکت‌های تولیدکننده نرم‌افزار را بر عهده دارد و شرکت‌های تولیدکننده پس از دریافت پروانه، به عنوان شرکت صنعتی شناخته و مشمول قوانین شرکت‌های صنعتی می‌شوند.

🔸از مزایای این پروانه، معافیت از مالیات بر درآمد به مدت چهار سال برای خدمات و فروش نرم‌‍‌افزار مورد نظر است که طبق قانون و با هماهنگی سازمان اموز مالیاتی کل کشور انجام شده است. همچنین برق این شرکت‌ها صنعتی شده و برای آنها نسبت به تعرفه خانگی 70 درصد تخفیف قرار داده می‌شود.
