نکات مهم:
✅ حتما در مراحل اولیه کار از تکنیک "شدوینگ" استفاده کنید.

✅ از منابعی مانند Effortless English , BBC 6 Minute , Scientific American، رادیوهای بریتانیایی، استرالیایی، آمریکایی و لهجه های دیگر، سریالها،کتابهای داستان یا علمی، مجلات و یا روزنامه ها به عنوان منابع مکمل در کنار منابع فوق استفاده کنید.

مواد لازم
1. یه پادکست صوتی
2. یه دفترچه یادداشت
3. سه خودکار رنگی
روش
ابتدا پادکست رو گوش بدید و هرآنچه رو که برای اولین بار شنیدید و متوجه شدید، با مثلا خودکار آبی رنگ یادداشت کنید.
دوباره برای بار دوم به فایل گوش بدید و این‌بار جاهایی رو که نتونستید در بار اول متوجه بشید، تا هرجا که تونستید و متوجه شدید با مثلا خودکار مشکی یادداشت کنید. حالا به متن فایل مراجعه کنید و هرجا که متوجه نشدید و شاید اشتباه متوجه شدید با خودکار قرمز اصلاح و کامل کنید. در هر روز فقط کافیه پنج دقیقه این کار رو انجام بدید، بعد از گذشت زمان کم کم نیازتون به خودکار قرمز کمتر و کمتر میشه. حتما انجامش بدید و از نتایجش شگفت زده بشید. عالیه یعنی ✅

On Monday morning, two men climbed up a bridge in Dartford, UK. They set up hammocks on the bridge, and they spent the night there.

The incident caused chaos on the bridge because authorities closed the bridge for two days. The lines of cars were nearly 10 kilometers long.

Later, police arrested the men who belonged to the climate activist group Just Stop Oil. They protested against the government’s plans to continue extraction of oil and gas. They said that the UK needed to use other energy sources.

More protests recently happened by the group in London. Last week, two young women threw tomato soup at a famous painting at the National Gallery. Another incident happened when a man sprayed orange paint over a luxury car showroom.

Iran protests: Huge rally in Berlin in support

About 80,000 Iranians and their supporters have marched in Berlin, German police say, in solidarity with ongoing protests in Iran.

Saturday's rally in the German capital is believed to have been the biggest so far held by the Iranian diaspora.

Iranians from across Europe chanted the slogan of the protesters "Women, Life and Liberty!"

Swedish archaeologists found a shipwreck of a 17th century ship. The name of the ship was Applet, and it was a sister ship of the warship Vasa.

Workers built Vasa in 1628, and unfortunately, it sank on its first journey near Stockholm after it sailed only 900 meters. The ship is 69 meters long and it is the world’s best preserved ship from the 17th century. The same shipbuilder of Vasa also built Applet in 1629.

When divers found the shipwreck, they hoped that it was Applet. A part of the ship sank to the bottom, but the main body remained. Archaeologists decided to leave Applet in the sea because removal was too difficult.
