Legislative Statutes⬆️ Re Subpoena Enforcement & Arrest Authority (paraphrased below)
41-1153 Disobedience of a subpoena as legislative contempt
—a witness refusing to obey a legislative subpoena may be held in contempt via a resolution (like the one swing vote RINO Boyer blocked)
—a witness refusing to appear in violation a subpoena may be arrested and brought before the legislature by the Sergeant at Arms (but, as mentioned above, it requires a contempt resolution)
41-1155 Offenses punishable by legislature: limitation on imprisonment
—there are only 4 offenses the legislature can punish by imprisonment and unfortunately none of them include withholding subpoenaed items (like routers).
—the legislature does have the right to arrest a person “refusing to attend or be examined as a witness… before the house.” But, as 41-1153 states, it requires a resolution, which requires Boyer’s cooperation.

🔰 Can we ditch masks or not? Mass confusion as Jill Biden wears one to DC event a day after Joe said vaccinated can lose them and NY and California say they will IGNORE new CDC advice.
● Jill Biden was seen wearing a mask on Friday at a museum despite praising the CDC for its updated guidance just one day earlier.
● Twelve states are keeping their mask mandates in places, such as New York, California and Hawaii, with governors saying they need to review the guidance first.
