✍🏻The difference between "who" & "whom"


❇️ Both words are used to refer to people, but "who" is used as a subject pronoun, while "whom" is used as an object pronoun.


In other words👇🏻

✅ Who is used when referring to the person performing the action (the subject).

هنگام اشاره به شخصی که عمل را انجام می‌دهد (فاعل) به کار می‌رود.

Ex:
✔️ Who is going to the party?
👉🏻 (referring to the subject, the person going)

✅ Whom is used when referring to the person receiving the action (the object).

هنگام اشاره به شخصی که عمل را دریافت می‌کند (مفعول) به کار می‌رود.

Ex:
✔️ Whom did you invite to the party?
👉🏻 (referring to the object, the person being invited)
