🍀when we want to politely ask permission from someone, we use the following two structures :

1️⃣ Would you mind if + زمان گذشته
▪️اشکالی نداره ….

👆در فرمول بالا فرقی نمیکند درخواست در زمان حال باشد یا گذشته، در هر دو صورت از فعل گذشته استفاده می کنیم.

🔶 Ex: Would you mind if I turned off this light ? 💡
🔹اشکالی نداره چراغ را خاموش کنم ؟

2️⃣ Do you mind if + زمان حال
▪️اشکالی نداره….

🔶 Ex: Do you mind if I take a nap ?😴
🔹اشکالی نداره یه چرت بزنم ؟

🍀 پاسخ به سوال would you mind
و Do you mind

▪️وقتی کسی به این روش از ما اجازه میخواهد معمولا پاسخ ما “ No” است یعنی 👈 “ I don’t mind “ 👈 “ اشکالی ندارد”.

🔶 Ex:
A: Would you mind if I sat here ?
B: No, not at all. ( You can sit here).

👈 برای جواب مثبت به درخواست would you mind از جملات زیر استفاده می کنیم :

📕No, not at all.
👈 نه اصلا .
📗Of course not .
👈 البته که نه.
📒No, go on please .
👈 نه راحت باش لطفا .

🔶 برای جواب رد دادن از جمله زیر استفاده می‌کنیم :
📘Yes, I would .
👈 بله اشکال دارد . ( ناراحت میشم).
