👩 WOMEN : YOU’RE NOT “MOODY” — YOU MIGHT JUST BE DEHYDRATED.
Research shows that even 1.36% dehydration can significantly disrupt mood and mental performance in healthy young women.
The study found:
• ↑ Anger & irritability
• ↑ Fatigue
• ↑ Headaches
• ↑ Mood disturbance
• ↓ Concentration
• ↑ Tasks feel harder
All from dehydration so mild most women wouldn’t notice it.
Why this matters: hydration in women fluctuates naturally (cycle, stress, caffeine, workouts).
If you feel foggy, irritable, low-energy, or emotionally off — it may not be hormones.
It may simply be not enough water.
Drink consistently throughout the day — your brain feels dehydration long before your mouth does.

The first session of Dr. John Street on Counseling the Depressed. John Street, who is a pastor of pastors, explains that depression is not something that can be cured but is a God-given reaction of the mind. Since the person is trapped and can't see a way out of their situation, they become melancholic. This state can be reversed when a person begins to take action toward a solution and starts to live life according to God's laws; they will slowly but steadily experience less and less depression. His lecture assumes that the cause of the depression is not related to a hereditary predisposition or medication usage and that the person is of the Christian faith.
