Der Youtuber litt eigenen Angaben zufolge an einem Krebstumor in der Brust. Im Oktober 2020 hatte er seine Diagnose auf YouTube öffentlich gemacht: Der Tumor sei im Endstadium, sagte er in einem Video. Sein Arzt gebe ihm zwei Wochen bis zwei Monate zu leben. Zweimal habe er den Tumor schon gehabt, sagte Mickenbecker. Drei Jahre sei der Krebs kein Thema mehr gewesen.
