Navy SEALs Win Major Legal Victory Against Vaccine Mandate, Injunction Issued

Thirty-five Navy Special Warfare service members sued President Joe Biden in November 2021 stating that his directive for them to get vaccinated or face possible court martial or involuntary separation violates their First Amendment right to religious liberty and the Religious Freedom Restoration Act (1993).

Texas-based judge Reed O’Connor determined that the vaccine mandate substantially burdens the SEALs religious beliefs and thus he granted an injunction.

Verizon Will Now Track Your Online Activity Unless You Opt Out

Verizon has launched what it calls its “Custom Experience” program that allows the company to track all app and web browsing activity on any device on its network unless customers specifically opt-out.

Custom Experience Plus also tracks call detail records including the phone numbers a person calls and those that call them, and the times and durations of the calls.

Verizon customers who want to opt out can do so in the “Manage Verizon Custom Experience Programs” of a “My Verizon” account.
