The Municipality says to these people ‘we will assign you a score’, as part of a circular reward with economic benefits to individual users.”

LED bulbs emit high levels of blue light and are massively disruptive to one's circadian rhythm - leading to a host of health problems.
Incandescent bulbs are much softer and more soothing, but now they are "banned" in America.
