Community beautification and revitalization, food security, physical activity and improved nutrition are just some of the benefits of community gardens.

Community gardens can be found in rural, suburban, and urban areas. I live far out in the countryside and we have a wonderful community garden.

EU REFLEX Study shows DNA Damage caused by Radiation from Wireless Devices and Mobile Phones

The European REFLEX study (2004) was conducted on behalf of the EU by 12 institutions for a total budget of 3 million euros. The results show that even at a SAR value of 1,3W / kg (representative of many mobile phones) significant biological damage is done in human cells and especially to the DNA.

The EU Reflex study shows that prolonged radiation from a cell phone and magnetic fields can cause genetic damage similar to that caused by radioactive radiation.

Note: it is important to highlight that this study was used with 2G and 3G. The current 4G and 5G technologies are much more powerful and produce vastly higher levels of EMF and RFR meaning that they are far more dangerous.

Skip the Radiation Scanners: OPT OUT!

When going through airport security, you are asked to walk through a radiation scanner.

Despite the claims of them being "safe" by airports and manufacturers, these machines are anything but safe.

These machines have been found to "unzip double-stranded DNA, creating bubbles in the double strand that could significantly interfere with processes such as gene expression and DNA replication."

In layman's terms, any time you're talking about interfering with "gene expression" and "DNA replication," you're essentially talking about something that could be a major risk to human health.

Instead of radiating yourself, simply tell the workers that you wish to opt out of the bodyscanner.
