I'm sure many of you have experienced this before. You buy or harvest a bunch of beautiful and delicious berries, but then they spoil within just a few days. Well, here is a great way to increase the life of your berries significantly.

1. Thoroughly rinse the berries in cold water - i recommend using a metal colander

2. Pat the berries dry with a towel and leave them on a metal cooling rack to dry completely

3. Add the berries to an appropriately sized glass jar(s), put the lid on, and store in the refrigerator

4. Enjoy your delicious and nutritious berries
