“There is a brand-new Telegram channel to announce CrimethInc. projects and provide a forum to discuss them.
At the turn of the century, CrimethInc. cells established and curated some of the early online spaces for horizontal discussion and coordination, such as the now long defunct forums crimethinc.net and crimethinc.info. As emerging 21st-century megacorporations integrated communications networks into Internet 2.0, designing them to promote competitive individualism, we focused our attention on offline collective collaborations. Today, we are excited to participate in a new experiment in anonymous online discussion, without the pressure to curate a personal brand that other contemporary platforms promote.”

In Washington, Thurston County Prosecuting Attorney Elizabeth McMullen has declined to press charges against Forest Machala, tacitly approving an avowed Trump militant who shot a counter-protester in the back in Olympia on December 12.

Prosecutor McMullen also rescinded the no-contact order keeping Machala from coming into contact with his victim, while laying the groundwork for Machala to regain his confiscated AR-15.

It was the second weekend in a row fascists from out of town shot anti-fascists in Olympia.
The shooting took place less than 7 miles from where police urged on by Donald Trump extrajudicially executed Michael Reinoehl to punish him for shooting an armed fascist in self-defense.

The disparity in treatment could not be more severe.

The prosecutor is sending a clear message. If you are a Trump supporter, you can shoot, stab, and throw bombs at anti-fascists without any consequences. If you are an antifascist and you engage in self-defense, you will be hunted down and assassinated.

We know better than to look to the courts for justice or any resolution to our problems. This just confirms that public officials are working hand in glove with non-state paramilitaries to promote lethal violence against our communities.

Who will protect us? It's up to us.
To celebrate the birthday of Kenneth Rexroth, poet and anarchist, we have prepared this photoessay presenting his poem “Noretorp Noretsyh” painted across the walls and rooftops of three continents. We’ve added annotations illuminating Rexroth’s numerous historical references.

Here's our full report on Washington prosecutors' decision not to charge the far-right shooter:

https://cwc.im/OlympiaShootings

In refusing to press charges against a gunman who carried out a widely documented shooting, they are inviting fascists to turn Olympia into a killing field.

The law is not, as liberals foolishly believe, a measure for the sake of the public good that applies equally to all citizens. On the contrary, it is a weapon in the hands of racist authoritarians, just like the guns in the hands of fascists and police officers.
These selections from the affidavit, which convinced the Superior Court to find probable cause, undermine the prosecutor's narrative that they lack evidence to proceed with the charges. Rather, they are making a political decision to promote fascist violence.
