Legal action is starting to take wind against Stability AI and Midjourney, this is HUGE good news. The concerns of millions of artists, whose work was unfairly used to train different models that these companies use for profit, are being heard by law professionals and this could change the way AI is developed and implemented in the near future, I just hope this lawsuit does changes for the best. Artist and creative people are not alone. Our rights and work deserve to be protected, just like anyone who is or will be affected by automation.
