Trading memecoins is super risky. You can make tons of money, but on the flip side,
You can lose your entire live savings too.

I’m writing this for those of you who keeps on

Roundtripping
Losing money
Struggle with risk management on memes

Of course mistake is inevitable but learning to manage risk is a skill to acquire for every trader out there.

1) Set the proper amount of capital

This is a crucial first step.

If you’re risking your mortgage money, your life savings, your rent money…

You are setting yourself for an ultimate failure in the odds of probability.

Always, always…and always risk money and use the capital that you are WILLING to lose.

The money that won’t affect you.

I can bet, bunch of people here are not even doing this first step and still asking why are they still losing money.


2) Never go all in

This is a major mistake for crypto traders out there.

You are blinded by the gains of 10x, 20x before even getting there yet.

This is wishful thinking and SUPER dangerous in trading.

Instead, try risking the maximum of 50% on any position that you want. And not just that, read the next point.


3) ALWAYS buy at support

You can risk any amount you want as long as it is below 50% of your max capital, but promise me this

Don’t Chase,

Don’t FOMO,

Don’t be greedy,

Always and ALWAYS BUY AT FREAKING SUPPORT FOR GOD SAKE.

and stay grateful for any wins and even losses.

This way you will eliminate emotions involved that can destruct your trading performance and be discipline with every entry.


4) Take partial profits accordingly

It’s cliche, but will you ever roundtrip if you take profits?

Stop being freaking greedy and take your partial profits.

Buy the Blood (Majors version)

Short Keypoint:

- Buy during market in fear

- Buying the red dump candle/wait a day

- When market dips 15% - 30% from highs of consolidation (especially when it form a deviation below support)

Buying the dip =/= Buying the blood

Buying the dip is not the same as buying the blood. In my belief, it’s totally two different things.

Everyone can buy the dip but not everyone are able to or brave enough to bid the blood when the time is due. Some will even capitulate and sell lower because of fear.

Another important point to note is about the Quick Reclaim when price is breaking support.
This is the confirmation for deviation formation when it happens.

When price breaks the support, it must reclaim back the level after sweeping the liquidity below. This can be seen when it moves impulsively towards the support zone and reclaims the level that it once broken previously.
