My thoughts on 50 BPS rate cuts.

While everyone’s vision is clouded by excitement of rate cuts I believe they have already been priced in for months now, I do think 50 BPS is a bit much and shocked the market but from going over my notes, rate cuts currently change nothing as the fed is not increasing their balance sheet as of now so we will not get that instant rush in liquidity into crypto just yet, my opinion is that it will take months before we get back to the reality of the normal person aping into higher risk assets.

Now what I do know is over the past 100 years we’ve only went down 2 times in the past 12 months after rate cuts, meaning long term with these rate cuts it’s extremely bullish, but short term I’m stacking stable, I mean I’ve been stacking stables since march and all my friends know this and from that point I’ve missed a significant drawdown from the new all-time high while playing the high risk / high reward game in memecoins.

So with one thing I do know about crypto is history and how the chart moves in the past, you may know the saying “history never repeats itself, but it does often rhyme” not many people will understand this but rate cuts are bearish in the short term for crypto, look up 2019 excluding the Covid drop, what happens is the liquidity will bleed from alts just like it has been doing for months now into BTC, you will see BTC dominance increase while you’ll see BTC/ETH and every other altcoin pair weaken over time, reason why I’ve been selling my ETH - SOL - TRX for months so when that moment comes I can begin a DCA strategy into the altcoins of my choice.

The best part about all of this is when BTC dominance drops you will see a bull market like you’ve never seen before.

The euphoria will be out of this world, in 2019 BTC went from 7,000 to 69,000 within a short period of time half the influencers have no idea what their talking about but will just continuously bull post until we see new numbers without giving you a heads up to plan your strategy ahead, trust me myself and bobby will continue to give continuous tips and guides to help you succeed within this cycle, we are completely dedicated to the lab.

What you do have to understand is that all this accumulation we’ve been doing is leading up to this moment, the bull run we just had was a fake bullrun, the monetary policy has not been in the right place for a while but trust me when those balance sheet start increasing and the fed start printing money that will be the time where we see new ATHs on altcoins and when altcoins hit ATHs that liquidity flys into memecoins…

I’ve heard some news that the Banana Bot is compromised and some wallets are being drained.

Understand that when you’re trading you have a main wallet where you put your stables or long term bags either that being a fresh wallet not connected to anything or a ledger/cold wallet.

Do not use BullX, Trojan, any bot to keep your funds on as anything can happen, you should rather be safe than sorry at the end of the day.
