Of course mistake is inevitable but learning to manage risk is a skill to acquire for every trader out there.

1) Set the proper amount of capital

This is a crucial first step.

If you’re risking your mortgage money, your life savings, your rent money…

You are setting yourself for an ultimate failure in the odds of probability.

Always, always…and always risk money and use the capital that you are WILLING to lose.

The money that won’t affect you.

2) Never go all in

4) Take partial profits accordingly

It’s cliche, but will you ever roundtrip if you take profits?

Stop being freaking greedy and take your partial profits.

What’s wrong with profiting less and taking care of your downside?
