There's nothing you can do personally for your mid-long term bag except to wait for price to settle itself into a series of pump and dump volatility on smaller timeframe meanwhile creating a larger timeframe consolidation.

$SOL/ETH Positive By Far
ETH have been performing really bad the entire cycle and it can be seen clearly to its relative performance with Solana.
SOL/ETH remain on an uptrend after breaking out from the previous ATH.
IMO, staying above 0.04 - 0.05 for SOL relative to ETH will be positive for the entire Solana ecosystem to keep outperforming Ethereum for this cycle.

BTC hitting long term trendline,
BTC Dominance possible final leg up,
Alts chart final flush before major reversal.
All seems align.
But yet, the market participants are having unnecessary panics.
Even if we have a market crash or recession kinda drop, that would be just another HUGE opportunity to be onboard instead of panic selling your bags.
You still have time to gather some cash if you lose most of it during this dip.
I know all of you want to be successful and its not gonna be easy.
Stop making excuses and keep working + striving.
