After years of experience, being hasty and impulsive in trading is not the way to win long term.
Maybe in life you need to be quick and fast to beat the competitors.
But in trading, the only competitor you have is yourself.
Just from the get go, there’s only TWO real actions in trading.
Buy & Sell.
Other 80% of trading comes from your risk management, discipline, mental strength, emotion control etc.
So you dont get better with being fast and quick.
You get better with feedback and constant learning in the market.
This might be small for some, but I hope others can take this and be enlightened to push your trading journey in the right way.
At this current market condition, things are choppy so Im not forcing anything.
Sticking with my current position, trimmed and holding, not adding anything.

Above $160 will be a show of strength for Solana if it is able to hold that level for entire September going into Q4.
Price clearly breaking this consolidation but there is no follow through yet.
Price keep stalling below $200 and I bet the market maker purposefully doing that to shake lots of people out and make them rotate.

$BTC took a sneeze Watching for a nice sweep back and recovery incase this dump is a manipulation from the news. This is why you stay away from leverage and always be in spot. The market can never eat you that way since you never borrow money to long/short…
