1. Vertibirds being pre-war
2. T-60 power armor coming out of nowhere, and being used by the military pre-war when through all the games T-51 is used pre-war and T-60 is never seen before
3. Codsworth is self-aware and capable of emotions but is only a Mister Handy, not a super computer AI like Eden.
