Hello everyone! We're back this week with updates from last week while detailing plans for the current week.

Today, we presenting a few key technology and community decisions around the FreeFlix Media Network.

Communication & Community - We have decided to test Discord internally and if everything works out well, can plan to send out invitations as well.

Over the course of the last week, we have worked on:

1. Handling real-time live streaming inputs to simulcast them from FreeFlix Studio to social platforms like Facebook, YouTube and more while also supporting native OTT platforms

2. POC (proof of concept) with the above has been implemented for a potential partner, who will be testing it over the course of the next 2 weeks

3. Setup https://goz.freeflix.media, a version of the FreeFlix Media Hub, developed for the Game of Zones and will run tests on this to plan for testnet-1, the first testnet in a series preparing for the mainnet.

Over the course of the next 2 weeks, we aim to focus on:

1. Draft & share plans for the FreeFlix Media Network, testnet-1

2. Testing of automated video generation & saving of tweet/tweet-thread right from Twitter to FreeFlix Studio (also with the ability to automatically post to Twitter)

3. Work towards architecture and related development plan for a creator centric publishing platform with the ability to publish video (in linear and non-linear formats), audio, images & text both natively and aggregated across platforms like YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter & more.

We have had good progress last week and more news to share this week:

- Updating and continued work on goz.freeflix.media
- Implemented FreeFlix Studio POC to a potential partner who has been testing it
- On-going development of the creator-centric publishing platform

Community Updates: Team started using a private server on Discord and are getting used to it, but will need more time and getting used to, before sharing it with the community.

Continuing work from the last 7-10 days, this week we aim to:

1. Share details of the FreeFlix Media Network, testnet-1

2. Share more information on the upcoming creator centric publishing platform - FF OTT App

3. Details reg. how communities / blockchain networks can leverage FreeFlix Media Suite's current capabilities to earn revenue/monetize linear and non-linear content formats

FreeFlix Studio - Create

1) Within FreeFlix Studio, the Campaigns module for automated/manual/pre-defined advertisement campaigns (native) on linear broadcasts, is being worked on

The design, backend and frontend are all currently work-in-progress.

2) We have more work and updates on the creator-centric publishing platform / FreeFlix OTT app (for videos first and later with support for audio and images too)

FreeFlix Media Network - Collaborate

Team FreeFlix, has decided to run Validators and support 2 networks within the Cosmos ecosystem, Akash Net (@AkashNW) and Desmos (by @Forbole) while also continuing to experiment with the CosmWasm testnet.

1) updated Chapter Marking, a feature within the FreeFlix Studio, to tag video content to provide addl. meta-data for algorithmic content curation

2) updated the functionality of Searching and sorting across the entire FreeFlix Studio

3) Internally testing an apk (without any API integration), for the creator-centric OTT/publishing app

4) team activities - moving from Telegram to Discord and getting a hang of team operations with Notion

5) blog post with a high level introduction of FreeFlix Media Network and base details of testnet-1, coming this week

6) goz.freeflix.media is live and with active development of 0-touch community curated content

FreeFlix Media - Collaborate

7) Validator node on Akash Network is running successfully right now and producing blocks, while also receiving our first external delegation of 671.9K AKT tokens. Thank You for trusting us! 👍
