"What an Ummah today, Allah told us how to and who to attach ourselves to for victory and we honour and cling on everything but those. We attach ourselves to His enemies and seekhonour in them, but then think the victory of Allah is going to descend upon us? That is why we have to ask why. They attempted to seek power and status with those who curse Aishah and seekhonour from other enemies of Allah and His Messenger, since when do the enemies of Islam give victory to Islam? Are you trying to make the impossible possible?"

[Shaykh Ahmed Jibril, yaqeen in Allah]
On the authority of Ibn Umar (R.A.), who said: The Messenger of Allah (S.A.W.) took me by the shoulder and said:
"Be in this world as though you were a stranger or a traveler/wayfarer." Ibn Umar added: "When evening comes, do not expect (to live till) morning, and when morning comes, do not expect (to live till) evening. Take from your health (a preparation) for your illness, and from your life for your death." (Bukhari: 6416)

I just love the fact that in Islam we don’t have the concept of “till death do us apart”, but “till Jannah unites us together” and if that’s not beautiful I don’t know what is. ~

Ayah of the day

Al-Inshiqaq 84:25
إِلَّا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَعَمِلُواْ ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ لَهُمۡ أَجۡرٌ غَيۡرُ مَمۡنُونٍۢ

Save those who believe and do righteous good deeds, for them is a reward that will never come to an end (i.e. Paradise).

Shaykh Al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah said:

"I have realized that the best dua one can make is for Allah to be pleased with them."

Shaykh Sulaymân al-‘Alwân said:

The believer does not lie and does not oppress even if he is lied upon, because lying is from the attributes of the munâfiqîn, and many of those from ahlul-bid’ah, and the people of oppression, tyranny and injustice do not lay out their misguidance except by lying.
Abu Dharr reported: When the Prophet ﷺ woke up, he would say, “All praise is due to Allah who has given us life after our death and unto Him is the Resurrection.”

PRIDE AND ARROGANCE

The Messenger of Allāh (ﷺ) said:

"No one who has in his heart the weight of a mustard seed of pride shall enter Paradise."

A man said:

"Verily, a person loves that his clothes should be fine, and his shoes should be fine."

He (ﷺ) said:

Verily, Allāh is Beautiful and He loves beauty. Pride is rejecting the truth and looking down on people."*

HAVING TWO FACES

The Messenger of Allāh (ﷺ) said:

Az-Zumar 39:7

If you disbelieve, then verily, Allah is not in need of you, He likes not disbelief for His slaves. And if you are grateful (by being believers), He is pleased therewith for you. No bearer of burdens shall bear the burden of another. Then to your Lord is your return, so He will inform you what you used to do. Verily, He is the All-Knower of that which is in (men's) breasts.
GOOD AND BAD COMPANIONSHIP

On the authority of Abī Mūsā al-Ash'ari (radiAllāhu anhu) who said that the Messenger of Allāh (ﷺ) said:

"The example of the righteous companion and the evil companion is like that of the bearer of musk and the blower of the [blacksmiths] bellows. So the bearer of musk; either he will give you some, or you will buy some from him or you will find a pleasant smell from him. And the blower of the [blacksmiths] bellows; either he will burn your clothes, or you will find a noxious smell from him." *
