Make the wife happy in her house
The Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said: the best of the believers is the one who is most sensitive with his wife.
The Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم, the giant of the world, takes his wives out for rest. He tells an army: go ahead for work after they come from a battlefield and he asks his wife to embrace him. These are among the rights of a woman. Some people, some Muslims especially in the early years when they get religious, they think part of being religious is being mad at your wife all the time. No romantic side to it. That’s a misconception the ignorant Muslims have. If you see how the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم his life is, I tell you the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم is more romantic than these supposed figures that we have like Romeo & Julia and Leonardo DiCaprio.

At-Taghabun 64:9
(And remember) the Day when He will gather you (all) on the Day of Gathering, that will be the Day of mutual loss and gain (i.e. loss for the disbelievers as they will enter the Hell-fire and gain for the believers as they will enter Paradise). And whosoever believes in Allah and performs righteous good deeds, He will remit from him his sins, and will admit him to Gardens under which rivers flow (Paradise) to dwell therein forever, that will be the great success.

as for your disease, it is your sins;
