Al-An'am 6:60
وَهُوَ ٱلَّذِى يَتَوَفَّىٰكُم بِٱلَّيۡلِ وَيَعۡلَمُ مَا جَرَحۡتُم بِٱلنَّهَارِ ثُمَّ يَبۡعَثُكُمۡ فِيهِ لِيُقۡضَىٰٓ أَجَلٌ مُّسَمًّىۖ ثُمَّ إِلَيۡهِ مَرۡجِعُكُمۡ ثُمَّ يُنَبِّئُكُم بِمَا كُنتُمۡ تَعۡمَلُونَ
It is He, Who takes your souls by night (when you are asleep), and has knowledge of all that you have done by day, then he raises (wakes) you up again that a term appointed (your life period) be fulfilled, then in the end unto Him will be your return. Then He will inform you what you used to do.

Al-Ma'un 107:5
ٱلَّذِينَ هُمۡ عَن صَلَاتِهِمۡ سَاهُونَ
Who delay their Salat (prayer) from their stated fixed times,
Divehi - Abu Bakr Ibrahim Ali (Bakurube)
(5) އެމީހުންނަކީ ނަމާދުގެމަތީން ހަދާންނެތި އަދި غَافِلُ ވެގެންތިބެފައި ގޮސް ނަމާދުކުރާމީހުންނެވެ. (އެއީ شَرْعِى ޢުޒުރެއްނެތި ވަގުތު ލަސްކޮށްފައިގޮސް ނަމާދު ކުރާމީހުން ކަމުގައި ބެލެވެއެވެ.) ނުވަތަ އެއީ މުނާފިޤުން ކުރާގޮތަށް ނަމާދުކުރާމީހުންނެވެ. އެއީ މީހުން ބަލަންތިބިއްޔާ ގޮސް ނަމާދު ކޮށްފައި މީހުން ބަލަންނެތިއްޔާ ނަމާދު ނުކުރާމީހުން ކަމުގައި ބުނެވުނެވެ.

ޣައްޝަ އަކީ ކޮބާ؟
ނަބިއްޔު ﷺ ޙަދީޘް ކުރެއްވިއެވެ: «مَنْ غَشَّنَا فَلَيْسَ مِنَّا» ”އަހަރެމެންނަށް މަކަރުހަދާ މީހަކީ، އަހަރެމެން ތެރެއިން ވާ މީހެއް ނޫނެވެ.“ — ރިވާކުރެއްވީ މުސްލިމް އެވެ.⁽¹⁾
އަދި އެހެން ލަފްޡަކުން: «من غشَّ فليس مني.» ”މަކަރުހަދައިފި މީހާ، ފަހެ އެއީ ތިމަންކަލޭގެފާނުގެ ފުށުން ވާމީހެއް ނޫނެވެ.“
އަލްޚައްޠާބީ ވިދާޅުވިއެވެ: އެބަހީ: ”ތިމަންކަލޭގެފާނުގެ ފައިންޕުޅު މަތީ ގައި ވާ މީހެއް ނޫނެވެ... އަދި ތިމަންކަލޭގެފާނަށް ތަބަޢަވުމާއި ތިމަންކަލޭގެފާނުގެ ސުންނަތުގައި ހިފުން ދޫކޮށްލާފައިވާ މީހެކެވެ.“
އަލްމުނާވީ ވިދާޅުވިއެވެ: ”އަލްޣައްޝަ އަކީ، ދެރަ އެއްޗަކާއި މޮޅު އެއްޗެއް އެއްކުރުމެވެ.“
އިބްނު ޙަޖަރުލް ހައިޘަމީ ވިދާޅުވިއެވެ: ”ޙަރާމް ކުރެވިފައިވާ ޣައްޝަ އަކީ: ވިއްކާ މީހާ ވިޔަސް ގަންނަމީހާ ވިޔަސް، އެ އެއްޗެއްގައި އެކުލެވޭ [ފާޅުނުވެހުރި] ޞިފަޔެއް، ކުރިން ހާމަވީނަމަ، އެއަގަށް އެއްބަސް ނުވާނޭ ކަންތަކެވެ.“
އަލްކަފަވީ ވިދާޅުވިއެވެ: ”އަލްޣައްޝަ (މަކަރުހެދުން)، ހިތް ކަޅުކުރެ އެވެ. އަދި މޫނު ކުނި ކުރެއެވެ. ހިތްނުބައި ކަމާއި ނަފުރަތަށް މިލަފުޒުގެ ނިސްބަތްވާ ސަބަބަކީވެސް މިއީއެވެ.“
އަދި ޣައްޝަ ގެ ބާވަތްތައް ގިނަގުނަ ވެގެން ވެއެވެ. އެގޮތުން ރައްޔިތުންނަށް ޚިޔާނާތްތެރިވުމަކީ ވެސް މީގެ ތެރެއިންވާ ކަމެވެ.
އިތުރުއެކަލޭގެފާނުން ﷺ ޙަދީޘް ކުރެއްވިއެވެ:
«مَا مِنْ عَبْدِ يَسْتَرْعِيهِ اَللَّهُ رَعِيَّةً, يَمُوتُ يَوْمَ يَمُوتُ, وَهُوَ غَاشٌّ لِرَعِيَّتِهِ, إِلَّا حَرَّمَ اَللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ اَلْجَنَّةَ»
”ﷲ ބަޔަކު މީހުންގެ މައްޗަށް އެއްވެސް މީހަކު ވެރިކުރައްވާފައި ވަނިކޮށް، އޭނާ މަރުވާހިނދު އޭނާ ވަނީ، އެބައިމީހުންނަށް [غَاشٌّ] ޚިޔާނާތްތެރިވެފައި ނަމަ، އެމީހެއްގެ މައްޗަށް، އެކަލާނގެ ޖަންނަތް ޙަރާމް ނުކުރައްވައި ނުދާހުއްޓެވެ.“ —އަދި މިއީ ދެޞަޙީޙު ގެ ރިވާޔަތެކެވެ.
އަދި ނަޞޭޙަތްތެރި ވުމުގައި ވެސް ޣައްޝަ ހިމެނެއެވެ. މިއީ އެކަމުގައި އިޚްލާޞްތެރި ނިޔަތެއް ނެތުމެވެ.
އަދި އަލްޣައްޝަ ގެ އެންމެ ބޮޑު ވައްތަރަކީ ދީނުގައި މަކަރުހެދުމެވެ. އެއީ ބަނީ އިސްރާއީލް ގެ ރާހިބުން ކަންތައް ކުރި ފަދައިންނެވެ. ޙައްޤު ފޮރުވައި މީސްތަކުންނަށް ބާޠިލު ދެއްކުމެވެ. އެއީ އެކަމުން ދުނިޔެއަށް ދަހިވެތިވެއެވެ. އެވެރިން އިސްވެ މަގުފުރެދި އެތައް ބައެއް މަގުފުރެއްދިއެވެ. އަދި ޙައްޤު މަގުން ކައްސައިލިއެވެ. ވީމާ ޙައްޤު ފޮރުވުން، ވަކިން ޚާއްޞަކޮށް މުޞީބާތުގެ ވަޤުތުގައި، ވަނީ އުއްމަތަށް ޣައްޝް ކުރުމުގެ ތެރެއިންނެވެ.
އަހަރެން ބުނަމެވެ: އަދި މުސްލިމުންގެ މުދާ އޮޅުވައިލައިގެން ހޯދުން މީގެ ތެރެއަށް ވަދެއެވެ. ވީމާ ކަމުގެ ޙަޤީޤަތަށް ބުނެ، ޚައިރާތެއް ލިބުން ދަތިވެދާނޭ ކަމަށް، ޞަދަޤާތް ބޭނުންވާ މީހާ އާއި ސަބަބު އޮޅުވައިލުމީ ޣައްޝަ އެވެ.

އަލްޚައްޠާބީ ވިދާޅުވިއެވެ: އެބަހީ: ”ތިމަންކަލޭގެފާނުގެ ފައިންޕުޅު މަތީ ގައި ވާ މީހެއް ނޫނެވެ... އަދި ތިމަންކަލޭގެފާނަށް ތަބަޢަވުމާއި ތިމަންކަލޭގެފާނުގެ ސުންނަތުގައި ހިފުން ދޫކޮށްލާފައިވާ މީހެކެވެ.“
އަލްމުނާވީ ވިދާޅުވިއެވެ: ”އަލްޣައްޝަ އަކީ، ދެރަ އެއްޗަކާއި މޮޅު އެއްޗެއް އެއްކުރުމެވެ.“
އިބްނު ޙަޖަރުލް ހައިޘަމީ ވިދާޅުވިއެވެ: ”ޙަރާމް ކުރެވިފައިވާ ޣައްޝަ އަކީ: ވިއްކާ މީހާ ވިޔަސް ގަންނަމީހާ ވިޔަސް، އެ އެއްޗެއްގައި އެކުލެވޭ [ފާޅުނުވެހުރި] ޞިފަޔެއް، ކުރިން ހާމަވީނަމަ، އެއަގަށް އެއްބަސް ނުވާނޭ ކަންތަކެވެ.“
އަލްކަފަވީ ވިދާޅުވިއެވެ: ”އަލްޣައްޝަ (މަކަރުހެދުން)، ހިތް ކަޅުކުރެ އެވެ. އަދި މޫނު ކުނި ކުރެއެވެ. ހިތްނުބައި ކަމާއި ނަފުރަތަށް މިލަފުޒުގެ ނިސްބަތްވާ ސަބަބަކީވެސް މިއީއެވެ.“
އަދި ޣައްޝަ ގެ ބާވަތްތައް ގިނަގުނަ ވެގެން ވެއެވެ. އެގޮތުން ރައްޔިތުންނަށް ޚިޔާނާތްތެރިވުމަކީ ވެސް މީގެ ތެރެއިންވާ ކަމެވެ.
އިތުރުއެކަލޭގެފާނުން ﷺ ޙަދީޘް ކުރެއްވިއެވެ:
«مَا مِنْ عَبْدِ يَسْتَرْعِيهِ اَللَّهُ رَعِيَّةً, يَمُوتُ يَوْمَ يَمُوتُ, وَهُوَ غَاشٌّ لِرَعِيَّتِهِ, إِلَّا حَرَّمَ اَللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ اَلْجَنَّةَ»
”ﷲ ބަޔަކު މީހުންގެ މައްޗަށް އެއްވެސް މީހަކު ވެރިކުރައްވާފައި ވަނިކޮށް، އޭނާ މަރުވާހިނދު އޭނާ ވަނީ، އެބައިމީހުންނަށް [غَاشٌّ] ޚިޔާނާތްތެރިވެފައި ނަމަ، އެމީހެއްގެ މައްޗަށް، އެކަލާނގެ ޖަންނަތް ޙަރާމް ނުކުރައްވައި ނުދާހުއްޓެވެ.“ —އަދި މިއީ ދެޞަޙީޙު ގެ ރިވާޔަތެކެވެ.
އަދި ނަޞޭޙަތްތެރި ވުމުގައި ވެސް ޣައްޝަ ހިމެނެއެވެ. މިއީ އެކަމުގައި އިޚްލާޞްތެރި ނިޔަތެއް ނެތުމެވެ.
އަދި އަލްޣައްޝަ ގެ އެންމެ ބޮޑު ވައްތަރަކީ ދީނުގައި މަކަރުހެދުމެވެ. އެއީ ބަނީ އިސްރާއީލް ގެ ރާހިބުން ކަންތައް ކުރި ފަދައިންނެވެ. ޙައްޤު ފޮރުވައި މީސްތަކުންނަށް ބާޠިލު ދެއްކުމެވެ. އެއީ އެކަމުން ދުނިޔެއަށް ދަހިވެތިވެއެވެ. އެވެރިން އިސްވެ މަގުފުރެދި އެތައް ބައެއް މަގުފުރެއްދިއެވެ. އަދި ޙައްޤު މަގުން ކައްސައިލިއެވެ. ވީމާ ޙައްޤު ފޮރުވުން، ވަކިން ޚާއްޞަކޮށް މުޞީބާތުގެ ވަޤުތުގައި، ވަނީ އުއްމަތަށް ޣައްޝް ކުރުމުގެ ތެރެއިންނެވެ.
އަހަރެން ބުނަމެވެ: އަދި މުސްލިމުންގެ މުދާ އޮޅުވައިލައިގެން ހޯދުން މީގެ ތެރެއަށް ވަދެއެވެ. ވީމާ ކަމުގެ ޙަޤީޤަތަށް ބުނެ، ޚައިރާތެއް ލިބުން ދަތިވެދާނޭ ކަމަށް، ޞަދަޤާތް ބޭނުންވާ މީހާ އާއި ސަބަބު އޮޅުވައިލުމީ ޣައްޝަ އެވެ.
