Sometimes it's better to let it be.
Let it be and remember that Allah is watching everything. He knows what is in every heart, he knows who has wronged you and who has been good to you. Even if it all seems upside down, don't you worry.
Just keep being the best version of yourself and let Allah handle the rest.
Because don't forget, you are doing nothing wrong if you're ignoring the nonsense around you, and being true. Just be you ~

Al-Munafiqun 63:2
ٱتَّخَذُوٓاْ أَيۡمَٰنَهُمۡ جُنَّةً فَصَدُّواْ عَن سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِۚ إِنَّهُمۡ سَآءَ مَا كَانُواْ يَعۡمَلُونَ
They have made their oaths a screen (for their hypocrisy). Thus they hinder (men) from the Path of Allah. Verily, evil is what they used to do.

If Allah wants well for a slave, He strips away from his heart the ability to see his own good deeds, speaking about them with his tongue & preoccupies him with seeing his own sin & it continues to remain in front of his eyes until he enters jannah.

Sometimes what you feel most secure in, Allah will test you in. One who thinks himself to love the Muslims so much, may be tested by the slander of the same Muslims.
One who couldn’t wait to get married, may be tested with an oppressive/disobedient spouse.
One who is soft with the believers, may be tested with fellow believers being oppressive or harsh towards him/her.
Know for every claim you make, or belief you have about yourself — that’s worth anything — rest assure, you’ll be tested with it, to see if you are truthful or not. I ask Allah to purify our hearts, and make us (and keep us) sincere, and make us (and keep us) steadfast. I ask Allah to unite us with The Messengers, Siddiqīn, and the Shuhadā on the Day of Judgment, and be of their close company in the highest levels of Firdaws.
