Al-Haqqah 69:51
وَإِنَّهُۥ لَحَقُّ ٱلۡيَقِينِ
And Verily, it (this Quran) is an absolute truth with certainty.

to refrain from speaking ill of others, especially those whom we dislike.
However, it's important
that we identify the bad within ourselves and acknowledge the good within others.
This can prevent us from speaking ill of them.
