Whenever Allah wills.
When the time is right and Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala wills for it to happen, it will. Sometimes you have to put aside every negative thought and doubt and solely trust in Him to do what is best for you. If something is truly meant for you then nothing and I mean absolutely nothing will get in the way of what Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala has declared for you. Every little thing in your life has been written for you in such a way that you couldn't possibly ever comprehend and understand the purpose behind it. We have been given so many blessings, so many lessons and hardships but it does not mean that Allah doesn't love us, He loves us beyond our understanding.
Whatever Allah wills, will happen, let that be a comfort to you. Trust in Allah, pray to Him at every opportunity and ask Him to do what is best for you ~

Allah is aware of the pain in your heart, the tears in your eyes and the duas on your lips.
And as a reward for your patience, He has prepared for you a miraculous breakthrough.
The most pious people, the Prophets of Allah felt pain and sadness but they never lose hope in the mercy of Allah. And Allah made literally the impossible possible for them. This is your reminder to never lose hope in His mercy and happiness will come your way ~
