Shaykh ul-Islaam Ibn Taymeeyah [رحمه الله] said:

«كثرة الذنوب مع صحة التوحيد خير من قلة الذنوب مع فساد التوحيد.»

Beware of the sins of the tongue ⚠️

‎Ibn al-Qayyim رحمه الله said:

‎"Indeed a servant will come on the Day of Judgement with good deeds to the extent of mountains, however he then finds that his tongue destroyed all of them."

Do not forget to make dua for the Muslim ummah, the Aseers, their families, the ill, the widows, the poor, the orphans, the oppressed and the mujaahidin.

Umar ibn al-Khattab, رضي الله عنه said:

‎“O Allah, I am weak, so make me strong. I am harsh, so make me gentle. I am miserly, so make me generous.”

Sūfyan āth-Thāwri said:

“The fewer people you know, the less you will gossip”

[Siyar a'lam al-Nubala, 5/62]

Leaving off making du’a leads to hardening of the heart, just as it leads to pride.

Your Lord says, ‘Call on Me and I will respond to you; those who are too proud to worship Me will enter Hell humiliated.’ (Ghafir, 40:60)

"[Imām Abū Hanīfa] asked Dawūd at-Tāī to give [him] advice.

[Dawūd at-Tāī] said, "Fast from the world and celebrate ‘Eīd al-Fitr in the afterlife."

‏داود را گفتم مرا وصیتی کن. گفت: صم عن الدنیا وافطر فی الاخرة.

فرید الدین عطار نیشاپوری، تذكرة الأولياء

If a woman fears ill treatment or aversion from her husband, then, there is no sin on them in entering into a compromise between them. Compromise is better. Avarice is made to be present in human souls. If you do good and fear Allah, then, Allah is All-Aware of what you do.

Quran - 4:128

Narrated Abu Huraira RA that the Prophet ﷺ said: “Were i not afraid that it would be hard on my followers , i would order them to use the miswak (as obligatory, for cleaning teeth)

The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, holding up his two fingers together:

"The one who takes care of an orphan is with me in Paradise like this."

Fudayl ibn ‘Iyad said :

"Whoever fears Allah will not be harmed by anyone, while whoever fears others besides Allah will not be helped by anyone."

اللهُمَّ فُكَّ قَيْدَ أَسْرَانَا وَأَسْرىَ المُسْلِمِِِينَ، اللهُمَّ فُكَّ قَيْدَ أَسْرَانَا وَأَسْرَى المُسْلِمِِِينَ، اللهُمَّ فُكَّ قَيْدَ أَسْرَانَا وَأَسْرَى المُسْلِمِِِينَ، وَرُدَّهُمْ إِلُى أَهْلِهِمْ سَالِمِينَ

O Allāh! break free the shackles of our prisoners and the prisoners of the Muslims, O Allāh, break free the shackles of our prisoners and the prisoners of the Muslims, O Allāh, break free the shackles of our prisoners and the prisoners of the Muslims, and return them safely to their families.
