And by the Bait-ul-Ma'mur (the house over the heavens parable to the Ka'bah at Makkah, continuously visited by the angels);

Footnote
See the footnote of (V.53:12).

Sura 53 Ayah 12 note:

Al-Mi'raj [i.e. Ascent of Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) to the heavens with his body and soul].

Narrated Malik bin Sa'sa'ah [radhi-yAllahu 'anhu]: The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "While I was at the house in a state midway between sleep and wakefulness, (an angel recognized me) as the man lying between two men. A golden tray full of wisdom and belief was brought to me and my body was cut open from the throat to the lower part of the abdomen and then my abdomen was washed with Zamzam water and (my heart was) filled with wisdom and belief. Al-Buraq, a white animal smaller than a mule and bigger than a donkey was brought to me and I set out with Jibrail (Gabriel). When I reached the nearest heaven, Jibrail said to the gatekeeper of the heaven, 'Open the gate.' The gatekeeper asked, 'Who is it?' He said, 'Jibrail.' The gatekeeper said, 'Who is accompanying you?' Jibrail said, 'Muhammad .' The gatekeeper said, 'Has he been called?' Jibrail said, 'Yes'. Then it was said, 'He is welcome. What a wonderful visit his is!' Then I met Adam and greeted him and he said, 'You are welcome O son and a Prophet.' Then we ascended to the second heaven. It was asked, 'Who is it?' Jibrail said, 'Jibrail.' It was said, 'Who is with you?' He said, 'Muhammad .' It was asked, 'Has he been sent for?' He said, 'Yes.' It was said, 'He is welcome. What a wonderful visit his is!' Then I met 'Isa (Jesus) and Yahya (John) who said, 'You are welcome, O brother and a Prophet.' Then we ascended to the third heaven. It was asked, 'Who is it?' Jibrail said, 'Jibrail.' It was asked, 'Who is with you?' Jibrail said, 'Muhammad .' It was asked, 'Has he been sent for?' Jibrail said, 'Yes.' It was said, 'He is welcome. What a wonderful visit his is!' (The Prophet (ﷺ) added:). There I met Yusuf (Joseph) and greeted him, and he replied, 'You are welcome, O brother and a Prophet!' Then we ascended to the fourth heaven and again the same questions and answers were exchanged as in the previous heavens. There I met Idris and greeted him. He said, 'You are welcome, O brother and Prophet.' Then we ascended to the fifth heaven and again the same questions and answers were exchanged as in the previous heavens. There I met and greeted Harun (Aaron) who said, 'You are welcome, O brother and a Prophet.' Then we ascended to the sixth heaven and again the same questions and answers were exchanged as in the previous heavens. There I met and greeted Musa (Moses) who said, 'You are welcome, O brother and a Prophet.' When I proceeded on, he started weeping and on being asked why he was weeping, he said, 'O Lord! followers of this youth, who was sent after me, will enter Paradise in greater number than my followers.' Then we ascended to the seventh heaven and again the same questions and answers were exchanged as in the previous heavens. There I met and greeted Ibrahim (Abraham) who said, 'You are welcome, O son and a Prophet.' Then I was shown Al-Bait Al-Ma'mur (i.e. Allah's House). I asked Jibrail about it and he said, 'This is Al-Bait Al-Ma'mur where 70,000 angels perform prayers daily; and when they leave they never return to it (but always a fresh batch comes into it daily).' Then I was shown Sidrat-ul-Muntaha (i.e. the lote tree of the utmost boundary over the seventh heaven) and I saw its Nabiq fruits which resembled the clay jugs of Hijar (a town in Arabia), and its leaves were like the ears of elephants, and four rivers originated at its root: two of them were apparent and two were hidden. I asked Jibrail about those rivers and he said, 'The two hidden rivers are in Paradise and the apparent ones are the Nile and the Euphrates.' Then fifty prayers were enjoined on me. I descended till I met Musa who asked me, 'What have you done?' I said, 'Fifty prayers have been enjoined on me.
' He said, 'I know the people better than you, because I had the hardest experience to bring Bani Israel to obedience. Your followers cannot put up with such obligation. So, return to your Lord and request Him (to reduce the number of prayers).' I returned and requested Allah (for reduction) and He made them forty. I returned and [met Musa] and had a similar discussion, and then returned again to Allah for reduction and He made them thirty, then twenty, then ten; and then I came to Musa who repeated the same advice. Ultimately Allah reduced them to five. When I came to Musa again, he said, 'What have you done?' I said, 'Allah has made them five only.' He repeated the same advice but I said that I surrendered (to Allah's Final Order)." Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) was addressed by Allah: "I have decreed My Obligation and have reduced the burden on My slaves, and I shall reward a single good deed as if it were ten good deeds." [Sahih Al-Bukhari, 4/3207 (O.P.429)]

English - Ibn Kathir
In parchment unrolled. And by Al-Bayt Al-Ma`mur.

In the Two Sahihs it is confirmed that the Messenger of Allah said in the Hadith about Al-Isra', after ascending to the seventh heaven:

ثُمَّ رُفِعَ بِي إِلَى الْبَيْتِ الْمَعْمُورِ وَإِذَا هُوَ يَدْخُلُهُ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ سَبْعُونَ أَلْفًا لَا يَعُودُونَ إِلَيْهِ اخِرَ مَا عَلَيْهِم

Then, I was taken to Al-Bayt Al-Ma`mur. It is visited every day by seventy thousand angels who will not come back to visit it again.

The angels worship Allah in Al-Bayt Al-Ma`mur and perform Tawafaround it just as the people of the earth perform Tawaf around the Ka`bah. Al-Bayt Al-Ma`mur is the Ka`bah of those who reside in the seventh heaven.

During the Isra' journey, the Prophet saw Ibrahim Al-Khalil, who was reclining with his back on Al-Bayt Al-Ma`mur. It was Ibrahim who built the Ka`bah on earth, and surely, the reward is compatible with the action.
Al-Bayt Al-Ma`mur is parallel to the Ka`bah; every heaven has its own house of worship, which is also the direction of prayer for its residents. The house that is located in the lower heaven, is called Bayt Al-`Izzah. And Allah knows best.

The statement of Allah the Exalted,

Al-Hijr 15:88

Look not with your eyes ambitiously at what We have bestowed on certain classes of them (the disbelievers), nor grieve over them. And lower your wings for the believers (be courteous to the fellow-believers).

“If the human knew the pleasure of meeting Allah and being near Him, he would feel grief for being distant from him.”

At-Taghabun 64:11

No disaster strikes except by permission of Allah. And whoever believes in Allah – He will guide his heart. And Allah is Knowing of all things.
Turn back to Allah with a sincere repentance ~ 🕊
No prayer is heavier upon the hypocrites than the Fajr and the Isha' prayers and if they knew what is in them (in reward), they would have attended them, even if (it was) by crawling.

[Bukhari]
Al-Qiyamah 75:3

Does man (a disbeliever) think that We shall not assemble his bones?

Al-Qiyamah 75:4

Yes, We are Able to put together in perfect order the tips of his fingers.

Al-Qiyamah 75:5

Nay! (Man denies Resurrection and Reckoning. So) he desires to continue committing sins.
A man said, “O Messenger of Allah, what is Islam?” The Prophet ﷺ said, “That you surrender your heart to Allah and that Muslims are safe from your tongue and hand.”

‎Musnad Aḥmad 17027
Facilitate things to people (concerning religious matters), and do not make it hard for them, and give them good tidings, and do not make them run away (from Islam).

[Bukhari]
Be aware of these signs-

‎Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "The signs of a hypocrite are three: Whenever he speaks, he tells a lie; and whenever he promises, he breaks his promise; and whenever he is entrusted, he betrays (proves to be dishonest)".
Narrated Abu Huraira:
‎Allah's Apostles (صلى الله عليه وسلم)said, "The worst of all mankind is the double-faced one, who comes to some people with one countenance and to others, with another countenance"
Al-Mujadila - 58:10

Secret counsels (conspiracies) are only from Shaitan (Satan), in order that he may cause grief to the believers. But he cannot harm them in the least, except as Allah permits, and in Allah let the believers put their trust.

English - Ibn Kathir
An-Najwa are only from the Shaytan, in order that he may cause grief to the believers. But he cannot harm them in the least, except as Allah permits. And in Allah let the believers put their trust.

Allah states that secret talks, where the believers feel anxious, are
(only from Shaytan, in order that he may cause grief to the believers).

meaning, that those who hold such counsels do so because of the lures of the devil,
(in order that he may cause grief to the believers).

The devil seeks to bother the believers, even though his plots will not harm the believers, except if Allah wills it.

Those who are the subject of evil Najwa, should seek refuge in Allah and put his trust in Him, for none of it will harm them, Allah willing. The Sunnah also forbids the Najwa so that no Muslim is bothered by it.

Imam Ahmad recorded that Abdullah bin Mas`ud said that the Messenger of Allah said,

If you were three, then two of you should not hold a secret counsel in the presence of the third person, because that would cause him to be worried.

This Hadith is collected in the Two Sahihs using a chain of narration that contained Al-A`mash.

Abdur-Razzaq narrated that Abdullah bin Umar said that Allah's Messenger said,

If you were three, then two of you should not hold a secret counsel in the presence of the third person, except with his permission, because that would cause him to be worried.

Muslim collected this Hadith
“They plan, and Allah plans. Surely, Allah is the best of planners.”
