Ibn al-Jawzee رحمه الله said:
"Know that the first deception of Iblees against mankind is turning them away from knowledge, because knowledge is light. So if he extinguishes their lamps, he can cause them to grope in the dark as he wishes."

Hudhayfah in al-Yamãn رضي الله عنه narrated that Allah's Messenger ﷺ said:
"Trials and tribulations (fitan) will be presented to the hearts of people [one after another] in the same way that a reed mat is woven stick by stick. Any heart that absorbs them will have a black spot form on it. Any heart that rejects them will have a white spot form on it. Thus, there will be two kinds of hearts: one is pure like a white gemstone; it will not be harmed by any trial as long as the heavens and earth remain. The other heart is black and dusty like an overturned vessel, neither recognizing good nor rejecting evil' but absorbed in its desire."?
'Just as water does not remain in an overturned vessel, likewise, goodness does not remain in the black heart.

Imam ibn al Qayyim رحمه الله :
"The person who treats others kindly and thinks well of them, will find that his intention will remain true, he will feel at ease, his heart will be sound and Allah will protect him from evil and calamity."

Answer: ❝ Abandoning suḥūr is an imitation of the Ahl Al-kitāb (Jews and Christians). Some people are careless on the issue of suḥūr, claiming that they do not have a desire for it. But what is better for a Muslim is to not abandon the suḥūr, even if it is with a sip of milk, and thereby being at odds with Ahl Al-Kitāb and also following the Sunnah of the Prophet ﷺ.
It was reported in the narration, on the authority of ʿAmr ibn al-ʿĀs, that the Prophet ﷺ said:
«فَصْلُ مَا بَيْنَ صِيَامِنَا وَصِيَامِ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ أَكْلَةُ السَّحَرِ»
“The difference between our fasting and that of the people of the Book is eating at saḥar (shortly before the dawn)”. This was narrated by Imām Muslim.
This indicates that suḥūr is an opposition to Ahl Al-Kitāb and that being at odds with them, is an intended aim by the Law-Giver.❞

An-Nur 24:40
أَوۡ كَظُلُمَٰتٍ فِى بَحۡرٍ لُّجِّىٍّ يَغۡشَىٰهُ مَوۡجٌ مِّن فَوۡقِهِۦ مَوۡجٌ مِّن فَوۡقِهِۦ سَحَابٌۚ ظُلُمَٰتٌۢ بَعۡضُهَا فَوۡقَ بَعۡضٍ إِذَآ أَخۡرَجَ يَدَهُۥ لَمۡ يَكَدۡ يَرَىٰهَاۗ وَمَن لَّمۡ يَجۡعَلِ ٱللَّهُ لَهُۥ نُورًا فَمَا لَهُۥ مِن نُّورٍ
Or [the state of a disbeliever] is like the darkness in a vast deep sea, overwhelmed with a great wave topped by a great wave, topped by dark clouds, darkness, one above another, if a man stretches out his hand, he can hardly see it! And he for whom Allah has not appointed light, for him there is no light.
Dhivehi - Abu Bakr Ibrahim Ali (Bakurube)
(40) ނުވަތަ (އެކާފަރުންގެ عمل ގެ މިސާލަކީ) ފުންކަނޑެއްގައި ނުވަތަ ގަދަކަނޑެއްގައިވާ އަނދިރިތަކެއްގެ މިސާލެވެ. އެކަނޑު ނިވައިކޮށްލާވަރުގެ ރާޅެއްވެއެވެ. އަދި އެރާޅުމަތީގައި ރާޅުވެއެވެ. އަދި އެރާޅަށް އަނދިރިކޮށްލާވަރުގެ ވިލާގަނޑެއް އެރާޅުމަތީގައިވެއެވެ. އެއްއަނދިރި އަނެއް އަނދިރިގެމަތީގައިވާ އަނދިރި ތަކެކެވެ. (ވިލާގަނޑުގެ އަނދިރިޔާއި އޭގެ ދަށުގައިވާ ރާޅުގެ އަނދިރިޔާއި ދެން އޭގެ ދަށުގައިވާ ރާޅުގެ އަނދިރިޔާއި ކަނޑުގެ އަނދިރިޔާއި އަދި ރޭގަނޑުގެ އަނދިރިއެވެ.) • ދަންނައެވެ. މިމިސާލަކީވެސް كافر إنسان އާގެ عمل ތަކުގެ މިސާލެވެ. ގަދަކަނޑަކީ އޭނާގެ ހިތުގެ މިސާލެވެ. ރާޅުތަކުގެ މިސާލަކީ އޭނާގެ ހިތުގައިވާ اللّه އާއިމެދު އޮތް جاهل ކަމާއި ޝައްކުތަކެވެ. ވިލާގަނޑުގެ މިސާލަކީ އޭނާގެ ހިތުގައިވާ ފާފައިގެ ބޯ ފަރުދާއާއި ދަބަރުތަކެވެ. އަދި اللّه އޭނާގެ ހިތުގައި ޖައްސަވާފައިވާ ހެޔޮއެއްޗެއް ނުވަނުމުގެ ސިއްކައެވެ. واللّه أعلم.
ދެންފަހެ އެގަދަ އަނދިރީގައި އޭނާގެ ކޮނޑުހުޅުގައިވާ އަތް ބޭރަށް ނެރުނަސް އެއަތް ފެނުންވެސް އެކަށީގެން ނުވެއެވެ. ގާތްވެސް ނުވެއެވެ. އަދި اللّه އެމީހަކަށް އަލިކަމެއް نور އެއް ދެއްވާފައިނުވާ މީހަކަށް އެއްވެސް نور އެއް އަލިކަމެއް ނުވެއެވެ. (ތެދުމަގުވެސް ހުރީ އެފަދައިންނެވެ. اللّه ގެ حضرة ން މީހަކަށް ތެދުމަގެއްނުވާނަމަ އޭނާއަކަށް ތެދުމަގެއް ނުލިބޭނެއެވެ.)

It is more beloved to me to make purchases from an individual belonging to Ahlul Sunnah, even if it means paying more, over buying at a lower price from a Shi’a or any other disbelieving sect. Supporting the one who truly holds Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم in his heart is more beloved and noble to me, even at my own expense, over supporting someone who wages war on my brothers and sisters. The believers are but brothers, they should support and benefit each other in any way they can. The Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said, support and grant victory to your brother, whether he is the oppressed or the oppressor. If he is facing oppression, stand by him and assist him in every possible way; if he is the one oppressing, guide him away from his oppression and injustices. Believers are akin to bricks in a skyscraper, each one crucial in supporting the others, working collectively to strengthen the Ummah and protect one another.
The Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said, the best of the believers is the one most beneficial to his believing brothers.
The Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said: “Whoever relieves the hardship of a believer in this world, Allah will relieve his hardship on the Day of Resurrection. Whoever helps ease one in difficulty, Allah will make it easy for him in this world and the Hereafter. Whoever conceals the faults of a Muslim, Allah will conceal his faults in this world and the Hereafter. Allah helps the servant as long as he helps his brother…” — Sahih Muslim
The believer who follows the Quran and Sunnah upon the methodology of the Sahabah is closer to you than your blood brother if he is not upon the same methodology.
لَّا تَجِدُ قَوْمًۭا يُؤْمِنُونَ بِٱللَّهِ وَٱلْيَوْمِ ٱلْـَٔاخِرِ يُوَآدُّونَ مَنْ حَآدَّ ٱللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُۥ وَلَوْ كَانُوٓا۟ ءَابَآءَهُمْ أَوْ أَبْنَآءَهُمْ أَوْ إِخْوَٰنَهُمْ أَوْ عَشِيرَتَهُمْ ۚ أُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ كَتَبَ فِى قُلُوبِهِمُ ٱلْإِيمَـٰنَ وَأَيَّدَهُم بِرُوحٍۢ مِّنْهُ ۖ وَيُدْخِلُهُمْ جَنَّـٰتٍۢ تَجْرِى مِن تَحْتِهَا ٱلْأَنْهَـٰرُ خَـٰلِدِينَ فِيهَا ۚ رَضِىَ ٱللَّهُ عَنْهُمْ وَرَضُوا۟ عَنْهُ ۚ أُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ حِزْبُ ٱللَّهِ ۚ أَلَآ إِنَّ حِزْبَ ٱللَّهِ هُمُ ٱلْمُفْلِحُونَ
You will never find a people who ˹truly˺ believe in Allah and the Last Day loyal to those who defy Allah and His Messenger, even if they were their parents, children, siblings, or extended family. For those ˹believers˺, Allah has instilled faith in their hearts and strengthened them with a spirit from Him. He will admit them into Gardens under which rivers flow, to stay there forever. Allah is pleased with them and they are pleased with Him. They are the party of Allah. Indeed, Allah’s party is bound to succeed.
