1444ހ ގެ ސުވާލާއި ޖަވާބުގައި ޝައިޚް އަހްމަދު މޫސާ ޖިބްރީލް ވަރަށް މުހިންމު މަޢުޟޫއެއް ތަފްޞީލް ކޮށްދީ އަދި ތިރީގައިވާ ސުވާލަށް ދެއްވާފައިވާ ޖަވާބުގެ ޓްރާންސްކްރިޕްޓެއް
މުސްލިމަކު އޭނާގެ ރަޙްމަތްތެރިއެއްގެ ގޮތުގައި ކާފަރަކު ނެގުމުގެ ޙުކުމަކީ ކޮބާ ހެއްޔެވެ؟ ފާސިޤަކު (ފާޅުގައި ފާފަކުރާ މީހެއް) ނުވަތަ މުރުޖިޢާ، މޮޑަރނިސްޓުން، ސުރޫރީން ނުވަތަ މިފަދަ އެހެނިހެން މުބްތަދީއަކާ (މަގުފުރެދިފައިވާ އަޤީދާއެއްގެ މަތީގައިވާ މީހާ ނުވަތަ ބިދުއަވެރިއެއް) ރަޙްމަތްތެރިވުމުގެ ޙުކުމަކީ ކޮބާ ހެއްޔެވެ؟

❞ ދެންފަހެ، كفر دون كفر (ކުފުރު ނޫން ކުފުރު) އޭ އެއަކަށް ކިޔޭ އެއްޗަކީ: ތިމާ ފާފަވެރިވާކަން ކަށަވަރުކުރާ ޙާލު އަދި ޙައްޤު އެއްޗަކީ ﷲ ގެ ޙުކުމް ކަން ކަށަވަރު ކުރާ ޙާލު، ﷲ ގެ ޙުކުމް ނޫން އެއްޗަކުން ޙުކުމް ކުރާހިނދުގައެވެ. މިއީ އެއްފަހަރު ކަހަލަ ގޮތަކަށް ވާކަންކަމެވެ. ދެންފަހެ (ވަޟަޢީ) ޤާނޫނު އަސާސީއެއް ތަރުތީބުކޮށް، އެގެނެސް އެޔަށް ކިޔަމަން ގަނުވާ މީހާ، ފަހެ މިއީ ކުފުރެެވެ. އެވެރިންނަށް އޮޅިގެން ކުރެވުނު ކަމެކޭ ބުންޏަސް އެވެ. އަދި ⌝ﷲ ގެ⌜ ޝަރީޢަތް މާ ޢަދުލުވެރި ކަމަށް އެވެރިން ބުންޏަސް އެވެ. ވީމާ މުޤަރަރުކޮށް، ފާސްކޮށް، (ނިޔާ ކަަނޑައެޅުމުގައި) އެޔަށް ރުޖޫޢަވާ މަރުޖިޢު އަކަށް ހެދުމާއި މެދު ދަންނައެ، މިއީ (كفر دون كفر އައިސްފައިވާ ކަންތަކާ) ތަފާތު ކަމެކެވެ. އެވެރިން މިވަނީ މި (ވަޟަޢީ ޤާނޫން) އަކީ މަރުޖިޢު އެއް ކަމަށް ހަދާފައެވެ. ފަހެ މިއީ މިއްލަތުން ބޭރުވެދާ ކުފުރެެވެ. ❝ —أهـ . الفتاوى ١٢/ ۲۸۰
ވީމާ، ޝެއިޚް (މުޙައްމަދު ބުނު އިބްރާހިމް އާލުއްޝެއިޚް) رحمه الله تعالى، ކަނޑައަޅުއްވާފައި މިވަނީ، ... ޤާނޫނުތައް ވަކިޤަވާޢިދުކަށް ލިޔެ އަތުރައި އެއަށް ބޯލެންބުވޭނަމަ، އެއީ ބޮޑު ކުފުރުކަމެވެ. އެއީ : ތިމަންނާއަށް އޮޅުނީއޭ ނޫނީ (ﷲގެ) ޝަރީޢަތުގެ ޙުކުމް މާ ޢަދުލުވެރިވެގެން ވެޔޭ، އޭނާގެ ދުލުން ބުންޏަސް އެވެ.“

[1] މިފޮތް އެކުލަވާލައްވާފައިވަނީ ، މުޙައްމަދު ބުނު ސާލިމް އައްދަޥްސަރީ އެވެ. އޭގެ އިސްބަސް ލިޔުއްވާފައިވަނީ، އިބްނު ޖިބްރީނާއި، އަލްފަޥްޒާނާއި، ޢަބްދުލް ޢަޒީޒް އައްރާޖިޙީ އާއި ސަޢްދު ބުނު ޢަބްދު ﷲ އާލް ޙުމައްޔިދު އާއި، ޢަބްދު ﷲ އައްސަޢްދު އެވެ. އަދި މިއީ ޖަހުމީ އިރުޖާ އަޤީދާ ފަތުރާފައިވާ ޢަލީ އަލްޙަލަބީ އޭ ކިޔުނު ބިދުޢަވެރިޔާގެ ފޮތްތަކެއް މަނައުކޮށް ސަޢޫދީ ޢަރަބިއްޔާގެ ލަޖުނާއިން ނެރުނު ފަތުވާއަށް މީނާ ދިން ރައްދާއި ދެކޮޅަށެވެ.
