🇵🇸🇮🇱 It is incredibly disturbing that Israeli media is posting about the Rafah massacre shamelessly, not even claiming it was a mistake of some kind. They are simply taking pride in the killings and the direct targeting of civilians in Gaza, not even trying to hide their intents.

The former head of the Mossad, Israel’s foreign intelligence agency, allegedly threatened a chief prosecutor of the international criminal court in a series of secret meetings in which he tried to pressure her into abandoning a war crimes investigation, the Guardian can reveal.

Yossi Cohen’s covert contacts with the ICC’s then prosecutor, Fatou Bensouda, took place in the years leading up to her decision to open a formal investigation into alleged war crimes and crimes against humanity in occupied Palestinian territories.

That investigation, launched in 2021, culminated last week when Bensouda’s successor, Karim Khan, announced that he was seeking an arrest warrant for the Israeli prime minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, over the country’s conduct in its war in Gaza.
“You should help us and let us take care of you. You don’t want to be getting into things that could compromise your security or that of your family.”

🇮🇱🇵🇸 Israeli tanks entered the center of Rafah, Reuters reports, citing eyewitnesses.

Armored vehicles were spotted near the Al-Auda mosque. It appears to have been a remote-controlled vehicle, as there was no sign of personnel nearby.

During the night, the city experienced one of its heaviest bombings, residents say.

Thus, Israel continues its offensive in the Gaza Strip despite international criticism, which only intensified after yesterday's attack on a refugee camp, where dozens of people were killed.

🇪🇸🇪🇸🇵🇸 — In a video statement, the exiled Former President of Catalonia Carles Puigdemont, called the decision of the Pedro Sanchez Sanchez's Government as hypocritical due to " Spain's history of oppression and ethnic suppression of minorities "

In a video, Carles Puigdemont on his personal twitter account, the Catalan exiled leader said, in his own words:
🔴 The fact that Spain doesn't recognizes Kosovo* as an independent State, despite European Union doing so
🔴 The fact that "Spain denies Sahrawi people the right of self-determination". Sahrawis being the people of Western Sahara which is at a frozen war with the Kingdom of Morocco since the Cold War
🔴 The fact that Spain is an ally of Turkiye against the Kurdish people in their struggle for an independent Kurdish State. Noteworthy that Far-Left parties of Catalonia and Spanish Republicans had armed formations fighting alongside YPG in Rojava
🔴 The Fact that Spain, in his own words, repressed the Catalan people in the right for a democratic independence referendum which happened on October 1, 2017 AD, where Catalonia voted in favor of independence (and got it for 7 seconds)

➡️ Puigdemont says that despite he agrees that Palestinian people deserves their rights, the "Spanish State should not be regarded as a Defender of Rights of Self-Determination for opressed peoples" as it "denies the Rights of self-determination of Catalans and other Iberian ethnic minorities", with, in his view, "such an act (recognizing Palestinian Statehood unilaterally) places in doubt the credibility of European liberal-democracies"

📹 Remarkable footage of the attack on Ramiah base, showing Hezbullah fighters calmly getting close to the base then attacking it.

A reminder to the Israeli army defence minister who said they successfully made Hezbullah withdraw. I think he meant withdraw 150 m.

Such attacks are meant to show dominance, and to embrace the Israeli army, knowing well the risk that any failure to flawlessly execute would cost Hezbullah many casualties.
