SEVEN forces are now assessing evidence in the Epstein files as part of a nationwide probe co-ordinated by a team of British police chiefs.

Their checks include up to 90 flights into Stansted’s private terminal by the jet owned by Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor’s paedo pal Jeffrey Epstein.

Of those, 15 were after the US financier was jailed in 2008 for soliciting underage sex.

Essex Police are now examining flight logs and emails.

Ex-PM Gordon Brown said messages contained in the Epstein files linked Andrew, 65, to at least one victim who was flown into Stansted on the “Lolita Express” before being sneaked into Buckingham Palace.

Late on Tuesday, Essex Police said: “We are assessing the information that has emerged in relation to private flights into and out of Stansted Airport following the publication of the US DoJ Epstein files.”

Children are being paid to take part in an NHS puberty blocker trial, The Telegraph can reveal.

Some 226 children who believe they are transgender will be given puberty blockers as part of an investigation commissioned by Wes Streeting, the Health Secretary, into their effects on the young.

The drugs, which stop the body’s natural development, were indefinitely banned by the Health Secretary after the Commission on Human Medicines said they posed “an unacceptable safety risk” to children.

A trial into their side effects, which is set to start in April, was recommended by the Cass review.

However, it has faced criticism, including concerns about the ethics of giving children a drug that could cause irreversible harm, including to their brains and fertility.

It can now be revealed that the children taking part in the trial will be incentivised with the promise of up to £500 in vouchers for completing psychometric tests.

These will measure the effect of the puberty blockers on their brains, including effects on impulse control and memory.

Participants, aged under 16, will receive £30 vouchers for each of the 15 cognitive assessments they complete, as well as £15 vouchers for each of the three MRI scans they undertake, over the two years of the trial.

Children in another arm of the trial, not taking the drugs, will be given £15 vouchers for each bone density scan and blood test they have.

The U.S. under Donald Trump is pushing NATO to slash many of its foreign activities including ending a key alliance mission in Iraq, four NATO diplomats told POLITICO.

The U.S. has also in recent months lobbied to scale down NATO’s peacekeeping operation in Kosovo and keep Ukraine and Indo-Pacific allies from formally participating in the alliance’s July annual summit in Ankara.

The effort reflects a White House drive to treat NATO as a strictly Euroatlantic defense pact and roll back decades of expansion into crisis management, global partnerships and values-driven initiatives that have long irritated the U.S. president and his MAGA base.

Under the drive from Washington, NATO would curtail so-called “out-of-area activities” that are beyond the alliance’s core tasks of defense and deterrence. The push has become known internally as a “return to factory settings,” the four diplomats said, all of whom were granted anonymity to speak freely on the sensitive internal matter.

The effort could see a rapid scale back of NATO’s activities in former war zones, as well as shutting out capitals including Kyiv and Canberra from formal discussions this summer.

The U.S. State Department is developing an online portal that will enable people in Europe and elsewhere to see content banned by their governments including alleged hate speech and terrorist propaganda, a move Washington views as a way to counter censorship, three sources familiar with the plan said.

The site will be hosted at "freedom.gov," the sources said. One source said officials had discussed including a virtual private network function to make a user's traffic appear to originate in the U.S. and added that user activity on the site will not be tracked.

Bill Gates will not deliver his keynote address at the India AI Impact Summit in Delhi, his philanthropic organisation said hours before the Microsoft co-founder was due to speak.

The Gates Foundation said the decision was made after "careful consideration" and "to ensure the focus remains on the [summit's] key priorities", but did not elaborate.
