SUPER SUPER SHORT SHORT BRUCE NOTES FOR 10/14/2025: Trump and Peace summit. Europe and Middle East countries represented. Witnessed signing of Peace Treaty. Hamas said they would put down their arms. We will see if they adhere. Countries are putting funds together to rebuild the region with Pres Trump's vision. We pray for Peace in Jerusalem and for the continued peace in the Middle East. Also, while Pres Trump was there, he did meet with world leaders from various countries, one of whom President Sudani of Iraq, and discussed with him, that Iraq is in a situation where they have passed their HCL law, oil and gas law, and it is passed and they are ready to disperse oil profits to people. Sudani wants his people to have digital access to their banks for people of Iraq. Pres Trump told them, last Thursday, they had about one week to get it all completed, and he told Sudani "Let's get this done, shake a leg, get it done." That is what Sudani is doing. As of last Thursday, but they did meet yesterday in Egypt and had a discussion. Pres Trump few home last night.

What about us: Iraq is getting it ready for exchange to start. Bruce hears a few different timelines: 1) One source is saying to look for us to get notified Thursday, and exchange following shortly. 2) We had a phone call with two people in our NEW treasury, and they indicated that we look like we will get our notifications over the weekend and late weekend, which would be Sunday into Monday.

Redemption center screens were blank with no rates on screens. Did have a rate on the Dong two days ago which was good. The Dinar will be offered to us at a contract rate. The main thing is just for us to keep emails to come in. Bruce believes that bondholders were told they will have access to funds soon. Bondholders are in Reno at Sparks Airport and nearby.
