I often see parents speaking to their children like they’re retards, using slow and melodramatic “cute” talk.
Don’t do this. Not only are your kids brighter than you, they’re not going to benefit from this constant infantilisation and the idea that life is a cute game. Speak to your children properly and help prepare them for what the world really is.

Little boys need strong male role models. Or they will grow up lost and weak. Easily manipulated and shaped into whatever they want them to by our enemies. Single mothers need to understand that loving and caring for boys isn’t enough. They need good strong male role models. Find them. Then watch your boys grow up strong, be able to be strong role models for their own boys some day.

All Glory Laud and Honour is a Palm Sunday hymn for the occasion of Christ's triumphal entry into Jerusalem.
Lyrics
All glory, laud and honor,
To Thee, Redeemer, King,
To Whom the lips of children
Made sweet hosannas ring.
Thou art the King of Israel,
Thou David's royal Son,
Who in the Lord's Name comest,
The King and Blessèd One.
Refrain
The company of angels
Are praising Thee on High,
And mortal men and all things
Created make reply.
Refrain
The people of the Hebrews
With palms before Thee went;
Our prayer and praise and anthems
Before Thee we present.
Refrain
To Thee, before Thy passion,
They sang their hymns of praise;
To Thee, now high exalted,
Our melody we raise.
Refrain
Thou didst accept their praises;
Accept the prayers we bring,
Who in all good delightest,
Thou good and gracious King.
Refrain

“When a man loves a woman, he has to become worthy of her. The higher her virtue, the more noble her character, the more devoted she is to truth, justice, goodness, the more a man has to aspire to be worthy of her. The history of civilization could actually be written in terms of the level of its women” ~ Fulton Sheen

she shall be called Woman,
because she was taken out of Man.”
Genesis 2:23

Genesis 3:16
“Likewise, husbands, live with your wives in an understanding way, showing honor to the woman as the weaker vessel, since they are heirs with you of the grace of life, so that your prayers may not be hindered.”
1 Peter 3:7
“Therefore an overseer must be above reproach, the husband of one wife, sober-minded, self-controlled, respectable, hospitable, able to teach,”

Often the father is his daughter's first great love. In this case, at least until she falls in love with a young man, she wants her future husband to be like her father. But what about sons? The father-son relationship is equally unique and requires the father to be very respectful of the son's own nature in terms of interests and character. He must not demand that he be or become what he is or what he wishes his child to be. "Fathers, do not embitter your children, lest they lose heart." (Col 3:21)
