I’m requesting prayers for my sister, Glenn. She just checked herself into the hospital yesterday for the 2nd time in 6m due to thoughts of suicide. I’ve offered up all my Lenten fasting as penance, and added more daily prayers for her spiritual protection and conversion. My recent conversion has strained my relationship with my secular liberal family. I already lost one sister to suicide many years ago, but my family still refuses to see the spiritual harm our culture inflicts on us. So while we should be coming together together in a difficult time their lack of faith is actually separating us even more. Please pray for her and their conversion, and that God uses these trials to work His Will in our lives.

Even if you fully intend on marrying a highly submissive, 1950’s type woman, you are not exempt from learning about women’s behavior and how to empathize with women.

I fear a lot of young men see prominent emotional issues in modern women and because of this immediately seek out the opposite of said women. This is not to say all women or even most women have radical issues handling their emotions, but that we value different things from men and can be hurt by things you would otherwise find unimportant. This is actually especially true with homemaker type traditional women, who’s work is almost entirely “behind the scenes”, and you will rarely have an accurate glimpse into the day to day tasks and chores that she does (because she loves you and doesn’t want you to worry about those things).

This can manifest into resentment. “Why do I even clean the floors if he can’t be bothered to take his shoes off in the house”, etc. No matter how submissive a woman is, you will have to take her feelings into account.

The shooting at the Covenant School in Nashville can be directly traced to the normalization of anti-Christian rhetoric that is allowed throughout this country.

Christians at a Christian school, including three young children, were targeted and martyred for their faith today in America. The Mainstream Press is concerned with the police misgendering the shooter. SICK society.

UPDATE: Urgent police response, but active shooter reports at schools including Central Catholic,  Laurel Highlands high schools, believed false, say authorities.

Several Pittsburgh area police departments are receiving computer generated SWATing calls claiming there are active shooters in local schools.
