No temptation has overtaken you that is not common to man. God is faithful, and he will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation he will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it.

"If I homeschool, what if my child falls behind?" Because they aren't in an institution, they won't slip through the cracks. Because they are being taught by someone who loves them, they will be met with compassion and the perseverance to work through it with them. All children learn and develop at different rates. So at any given time, all of my children are "ahead" in some subjects and "behind" in others. The beauty of homeschooling is that I can meet them where they are.

A Prayer for Deceased Parents
O God, Who hast commanded us to honor our father and our mother; in Thy mercy have pity on the souls of my father and my mother (or, the soul of my father, or, the soul of my mother), and forgive them their trespasses (or, forgive him his trespasses, or, forgive her her trespasses); and make me to see them (or, him, or, her) again in the joy of everlasting brightness. Through Christ Our Lord. Amen (The Roman Missal).
An indulgence of 3 years.
A plenary indulgence under the usual conditions, if the devout recitation of this prayer be continued every day for a month (S. P. Ap., Sept. 12, 1935).
(The Raccolta, 1943)
