Hello everyone! In this Lenten season we would like to do our bit to try to help those families who are in the midst of desperation struggling with baby sleep issues, because we’ve been there.

So if you have a baby around 5-15 months old, please contact @Despertarferro (if you have an older one, maybe in the chat someone might be able to help)

We can’t promise anything, as only God can provide, but we can at least accompany you and help you in some way in your situation, and maybe we can help other families help their babies sleep better!

Teaching awareness to children is key. In the midst of their emotions, we can teach them how to identify their feelings and teach them how to manage them. By helping them pinpoint why they acted a certain way, it will decrease outbursts and teach them self-awareness. They can feel their emotion first and then rationalize it after.

The more this method is practiced, the more self-aware they become.
