❤️ 4 Love Language Comfort Option ❤️
Teaching awareness to children is key. In the midst of their emotions, we can teach them how to identify their feelings and teach them how to manage them. By helping them pinpoint why they acted a certain way, it will decrease outbursts and teach them self-awareness. They can feel their emotion first and then rationalize it after.
The more this method is practiced, the more self-aware they become.
We are going to be breaking this down in a 5 part series. We will post each love language every day. Check back tomorrow!
