Little changes has been made by @nokiplays and me.
•increase background app limit
•nuke props that decrease performance
•enable thermal management
•switch to skiaGL for better ui performance
•organize build.prop and enhance audio quality
•nuke system_ext build.prop
•import build_log.prop
•shut up various logspam
•make vendor optimizations more readable and add more optimizations

An update on the maintainership requirements.
Now I would need some proof that you, the developer have done the modding, kindly use this example for the maintainership request:
And you at least need to make a single HyperSpeed build and then you can leave maintainership, any disrespecting/rude actions found from the maintainer will not count and he will be kicked out, current maintainers does not need to do these new requirements.

Have worked on any projects/ROMs:
a telegram link to the project group or some screenshots from the Dev's rom.
And you at least need to make a single HyperSpeed build and then you can leave maintainership, any disrespecting/rude actions found from the maintainer will not count and he will be kicked out, current maintainers does not need to do these new requirements.
