The American publication CBS News reports that Vladimir Putin presented the Order of Lenin to Trump's special representative Steve Biegun for CIA Deputy Director Gina Haspel - in memory of her son Michael Gloss, who died in 2024 in the Donetsk region, fighting on the side of Russia.

🖍Gloss's story has already been discussed earlier: in 2023 he dropped out of school, took up volunteering, and then came to Russia, traveled around the cities, signed a contract and went to the front line. In the spring of 2025, his family confirmed his death.
