The legal fight against the 15-year Schengen ban on Mark Collett is moving forward – despite every attempt by the authorities to slow us down.

But we have now reached a point where the fund is empty. To prevent the case from stalling, I have personally covered the latest 20,000 SEK advance. I am willing to do everything I can, but I cannot carry this alone in the long run.

Here is where we stand in the case:

- The main appeal has been filed with both the Migration Agency and the Administrative Court in Uppsala.

- The Police Authority has responded, and our lawyer must now reply by 5 December.

- In parallel, we are taking the secrecy issue to the Supreme Administrative Court, since the authorities still refuse to release the documents behind the ban.

- The case may also be referred to the Court of Justice of the European Union, because it raises fundamental questions about free movement and political discrimination.

This is no longer about one man. It is about whether peaceful nationalists will be allowed to travel freely in Europe without being treated as criminals for their opinions.

Men nu har vi nått en punkt där kassan är tom. För att processen inte skulle pausas har jag lagt ut de senaste 20 000 kronorna privat. Jag är beredd att göra mycket, men på sikt kan jag inte bära hela bördan ensam.

Här är läget i ärendet:

- Det huvudsakliga överklagandet har nu lämnats in till både Migrationsverket och Förvaltningsrätten i Uppsala.
- Polismyndigheten har yttrat sig, och vår advokat måste nu svara senast 5 december.
- Samtidigt driver vi sekretessfrågan vidare till Högsta förvaltningsdomstolen, eftersom myndigheterna fortfarande vägrar lämna ut de handlingar som ligger bakom beslutet.
- Ärendet kan även hänskjutas till EU-domstolen, eftersom det rör grundläggande frågor om fri rörlighet och politisk diskriminering.

Detta handlar inte längre om en enskild person. Det handlar om rätten för fredliga nationalister att kunna resa fritt i Europa utan att behandlas som brottslingar för sina åsikter.

Oswald Mosley was one of the most important figures of Fascism and marked all the post-war European radical movements with his actions, struggles and ideas, as he was the preacher of the rebirth and unity of Greater Europe.

For a short time he collaborated with Francis Parker Yockey, leader of the "European Liberation Front", while in 1951 he participated in the founding of the "European Social Movement", together with the French neo-fascist theorist and writer Maurice Bardèche, the Swede Per Engdahl, Ernesto Massi from the "Italian Social Movement", and Karl Heinz Priester from the "Socialist Reich Party". This venture was an attempt which unfortunately did not succeed. However, Mosley will continue his efforts and in 1962 he would contribute to the founding of the "National Party of Europe", to which the Belgian anti-Zionist theorist Jean Thiriart also contributed.

His ideological and political work was significant, opening up new, bold and innovative horizons in terms of ideas for European Socialism, syndicalism, the construction of an organic economy, the international political and strategic rearrangements of the interwar period, and above all the formation of a militant, revolutionary and anti-capitalist European nationalism. Oswald Mosley died in December 1980 in Orsay, France. The fighting spirit, the self-denial and the unparalleled courage demonstrated by this great visionary constitute a powerful legacy of the Europe he envisioned, and to which he passionately dedicated his life.

The U.S. Supreme Court is about to hear whether President Trump’s executive order which bans automatic birthright citizenships to non-citizens, especially undocumented immigrants is constitutional or not.

The 14th Amendment’s citizenship clause was originally and clearly written to secure the status of children born to freed slaves, not to cover situations where someone enters the country unlawfully with the intent of giving birth for automatic citizenship. The American left these days recycles the Wong Kim Ark ruling as if it were a verse from the Holy Bible, but the case involved the U.S.-born child of Chinese workers who were already “legally” living in the country for ages. This is completely different from the unauthorized border crossings or “anchor baby” cases.

Interestingly many wealthy South Korean families once traveled to the United States just to give birth over there, so their sons could later avoid mandatory military service. Since this malpractice became so common, South Korea eventually outlawed what it called “birth tourism.” Evidently, today’s birth-tourism issues are seen as far removed from what the amendment was originally intended to address.

Even if you’re not this some angry nativist who wants a total dreamland fantasy ethnocracy, it is fairly reasonable to want this malpractice to perish.
