TOTAL ARYAN VICTORY
On Thursday morning, an Albemarle County judge ruled everything done by Jacob Dix that night was protected by the First Amendment and the charges were dismissed.
A trial in this case earlier this year ended with a mistrial when the jury deadlocked.
Dix was one of several people charged with burning an object with the intent to intimidate in connection with a torch march through the University of Virginia Grounds on Aug. 11, 2017.
