Currently on a cut diet (caloric deficit) so I will share what I am doing.
Step 1) In a “calorie calculator,” insert your height, weight, along with your workout routine.
Step 2) When looking at the results, you will see the “maintain weight” section. This is the amount of calories per day you need to eat in order to maintain your current weight with your exercise routine.
Step 3) Now look at the next 3 categories. These signify how many calories per day you need to consume in order to lose that many lbs.
Step 4) Get a nutrition tracking app. Two good ones are “Nutritionix” and “My Fitness Pal.”
Step 5) Set your daily goals to the desired calorie count for desired weight loss and 35% protein, 35% carbohydrates, and 30% fats.
Step 6) BE CONSISTENT!
