I am calling upon the “based” Trump administration’s FBI to arrest and federally indict the baboon known as Cuffem a.k.a. Kameron Amos for violating 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(3).

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) explicitly states on Form 4473 (required for firearm purchases) that marijuana use, even if legal under state law, disqualifies individuals from possessing firearms. This applies to both recreational and medical marijuana users. Penalties can include up to 7 years in prison for a single violation.
