Polish presidential candidate Karol Nawrocki is ready to make anti-Ukrainian promises, which conservative politician and Ukrainophobe Slawomir Menzen demands in exchange for his support before the second round. Menzen himself took third place in the first round.

Navrotsky responded to Mentzen's post, in which he invited both first-round winners to a conversation during which he would ask them to "sign a declaration that will meet the expectations of his voters."

The ruling party candidate Rafal Trzaskowski also responded to Mentzen's proposal, saying that he agreed with many of Mentzen's points, but did not answer whether he would come to him.

The second round of presidential elections in Poland will take place on June 1. Trzaskowski, who received 31.2% of the vote, spoke out in favor of Ukraine's membership in NATO and the EU several months ago, but recently said that Ukraine should be a "buffer zone," RAP reports. Nawrocki said that he does not see Ukraine in the EU and NATO until important historical issues between the countries are resolved."

"❕ Mentzen issues ultimatum to Polish presidential candidates

Polish politician Slawomir Mentzen, who took third place in the elections and did not make it to the second round, has set conditions for the race favourites. In particular, he is against aid to Ukraine.

In exchange for the support of his voters, Mentzen offered presidential frontrunner Rafal Trzaskowski and his rival Karol Nawrocki to sign a seven-point agreement.

Among them are blocking Ukraine's entry into NATO and a ban on sending Polish troops to Ukrainian territory. He will support whoever signs it.

The agreement looks like this:

📍I will not sign any law that will increase existing taxes for Poles or introduce new fiscal burdens.
📍I will not sign any law that restricts freedom of expression - in accordance with the Polish Constitution.

According to a CSA poll conducted for CNews, Europe 1 and JDD, 76 percent of French people overall want the army called in to battle drug trafficking in “disadvantaged neighborhoods.”

In fact, women are more supportive of troops being deployed than men, with 80 percent of women saying yes to the question: “Should the army be called in to combat drug trafficking in troubled neighborhoods?” In turn, only 72 percent of men supported such an action.

This may have to do with the fact that French women feel increasingly unsafe in their own country. As Remix News has reported, France has seen an incredible 86 percent increase in sexual violence in the last 10 years, with mass immigration fueling this trend.

🇫🇷❌📱 The French Foreign Information Service (DGSE) made a rare public statement denying the claims made by Telegram founder and CEO, Pavel Durov!

Speaking to the French newspaper, Le Monde, the DGSE said they "strongly refutes the allegations that requests for a ban on accounts in connection with any electoral process" but admitted that the agency had contact in the past with the Telegram founder to ”remind Durov of the responsibilities of his company and his employees related to the prevention of the distribution of terrorist threats and the distribution of child pornography”.

Durov mentioned previously that the head of the DGSE, Nicolas Lerner, approached him requesting that Telegram carry out censorship in Romania for the benefit of France, adding that while the DGSE did ask for the IP addresses of a number of terrorist suspects in France, the DGSE never said anything about child pornography, with Durov reminding people that Telegram doesn't tolerate the distribution of child pornography and has measures in place to prevent its distribution on the app.

🟨🤝📱 A X (Twitter) account followed by George Simion says that the AUR party has established contact with Telegram founder and CEO, Pavel Durov, in order to have him testify to the Romanian Constitutional Court (CCR) about French election interference.

However, because of his legal troubles in France, Durov is not allowed to leave the country and cannot testify in person. A videocall will have to be set up which, no doubt, will be sabotaged by the French.

A French judge could theoretically grant Durov the permission to travel to Romania and testify but what are the odds of that happening?

🇫🇷❌📱 In a statement for POLITICO, an unnamed "government official" said that French authorities were "caught off guard" by Pavel Durov's tweets about being asked to censor people in Romania!

The official added that they believe Durov wanted to "tease" the French government.

The same official complained to POLITICO that Paris has difficulty in dealing with people "like Pavel Durov or Elon Musk" who "have strong communities" who never buy the arguments and denials made by French institutions.

“The state is in trouble, because it does not have the same prescribing power,” admits the government source cited above, who fears that the founder of Telegram will return with new accusations.
