"Good meeting with US Senators Lindsey Graham and Richard Blumenthal. Thank you for being in Ukraine at a time when coordinated efforts are most needed to bring about a dignified and lasting peace.
We equally understand that Russia is trying to make a mockery of diplomacy: it is hiding behind negotiations, but it is preparing for new offensive operations at the front, hitting our cities and villages every day, and refusing all ceasefire proposals.
That's why additional pressure is needed. And I'm grateful for the initiative — a bipartisan sanctions bill that already has 82 senators supporting it. We discussed this and other levers we can use to force Russia to peace. Let's continue to work on this together.
Thank you for your strong bipartisan support and leadership in protecting lives. It is only through real American engagement at all stages of the negotiations that a credible peace can be guaranteed."

"I just had a good and very meaningful conversation with the President of Turkey, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. I thanked him personally and all of Turkey for the principled position on supporting the territorial integrity and sovereignty of our state.
We talked about the first meeting in Istanbul. The exchange of prisoners is its important achievement, but, unfortunately, the only one. There must be a ceasefire for further movement towards peace. We must stop the killing of people.
We discussed the possible next meeting in Istanbul and under what conditions Ukraine is ready to take part in it. We see that this meeting cannot and should not be empty. We also discussed the possibility of organizing a quadrilateral meeting at the level of the leaders of Ukraine, Russia, Turkey and the United States.
We also talked separately about Turkey's participation in the Ukraine-Southeast Europe summit.
Thank you for the steps and ideas that can bring the necessary result."

Currently, neither we in Ukraine nor Türkiye, as the host country, have any information about Russia’s so-called "memorandum." For some reason, the Russians are concealing this document. This is an absolutely bizarre position. There is no clarity about the format.
Apparently, they in Moscow have completely lost the habit of diplomacy. They keep doing things to prove that they are the most inadequate actor in the world. But that is precisely what convinces everyone that new pressure is needed – pressure on Russia.
My conversation with President Erdoğan of Türkiye is also scheduled for today. We are trying to add real substance to a potential meeting. Not a single day must be lost, because every day of Russia undermining diplomacy costs human lives.

"MOSCOW (Reuters) -U.S. President Donald Trump's envoy to Ukraine, Keith Kellogg, said Russia's concern over the eastward enlargement of NATO was fair and the United States did not want to see Ukraine in the U.S.-led military alliance.
Asked by U.S. network ABC News about a Reuters report that Russia wanted a written pledge over NATO not enlarging eastwards to include Ukraine and other former Soviet republics, Kellogg said: "It's a fair concern."
"We've said that to us, Ukraine coming into NATO is not on the table, and we're not the only country that says that - you know I could probably give you four other countries in NATO and it takes 32 of the 32 to allow you to come in to NATO," he told ABC late on Thursday. "That's one of the issues that Russia will bring up."

If the U.S. president feels he's being used and sees no progress — he’ll simply walk out.
“He says: that's it, we're done. Europe, now it's your problem. Deal with it,” said Trump’s special representative for Ukraine, Keith Kellogg.
In the same interview, Kellogg added that the U.S. is ready to halt NATO expansion toward Russia’s borders, and that Ukraine’s accession to the alliance is “not even on the table.”

The attack, linked to the Chinese state-backed group APT31, has been ongoing since 2022.
In response, Prague summoned the Chinese ambassador to condemn the hostile action.
Statement by the Government of the Czech Republic on the Cyber Attack from the People´s Republic of China
Following the national attribution process, the Government of the Czech Republic has identified the People´s Republic of China as being responsible for malicious cyber campaign targeting one of the unclassified networks of the Czech Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The malicious activity, which lasted from 2022 and affected an institution designated as Czech critical infrastructure, was perpetrated by the cyberespionage actor APT31 that is publicly associated with the Ministry of State Security.
An extensive investigation into the incident, which led to a high degree of certainty about the responsible actor, was conducted jointly by the Security Information Service, Military Intelligence, Office for Foreign Relations and Information and National Cyber and Information Security Agency.
The Government of the Czech Republic strongly condemns this malicious cyber campaign against its critical infrastructure. Such behavior undermines the credibility of the People´s Republic of China and contradicts its public declarations. These activities are contrary to the norms of responsible State behaviour in cyberspace as endorsed by all UN Members. We call on the People´s Republic of China to adhere to these norms and principles, to refrain from such attacks and to take all appropriate measures to address this situation.
The EU and its Member States and NATO Allies express solidarity with Czechia following this cyber attack.
