In recent hours, Foreign Minister Gideom Sa'ar held a series of calls with his counterparts from around the world, including India, Germany, France, Italy, Hungary, Paraguay, Panama, Cyprus and the European Union.

Minister Sa’ar informed them about the Cabinet's decision and its important objectives in removing the exisential threat posed to Israel by Iran.

The Home Front Command has now instructed residents throughout the country to remain in close proximity to the protected areas.

Movement in the area should be reduced and large gatherings should be avoided.

Upon receiving the warning, one should enter the protected area and remain there until further official notice.

“France will participate in the defense of Israel in the event of an attack by Iran.”
