🇯🇵🇰🇷❌🌐 Traditional NATO allies in East-Asia, Japan and South Korea, have decided to skip NATO's 2025 Summit at the Hague.

Both Tokyo and Seoul decided last-minute to skip the NATO 2025 Hague Summit after U.S. president, Donald Trump, decided to target Iran and its nuclear program.

Days before, Japanese prime-minister, Shigeru Ishiba, said that "the security of Euro-Atlantic and Indo-Pacific is inseparable."

Meanwhile, South Korean president, Lee Jae Myung, cited "pragmatism" as a reason to diminish cooperation with NATO but also "uncertainties due to developments in the Middle East".

Myung and the Democratic Party of Korea are friendly to China and prefer a peaceful settlement of the Korean War.

🌐⚔️🇷🇺 NATO's European members don't even come close to the expenditure of the Russian state on its military.

Although European countries did increase the amount of money they allocate for spending, it is a matter of decades until they will be on par with Russia in terms of military spending.

Not even the outbreak of the Russo-Ukrainian war led European countries to increase their military expenditure. Although a lot of promises were made, a lot of worries were expressed, very few was done by European politicians revealing that either they do not believe their own words when they say Russia is a "threat" to Europe, or either they are too incompetent to actually follow through with their directives.

The Russians have entered into war economy mode three years ago and show no signs of demobilising, rather its the opposite, defense-related production is only increasing with the Russian drone attacks on Kiev and other Ukrainian cities growing larger and larger in size and more frequent as more time passes by.

Europe will continue to rely on American troops for protection for the remainder of the 2020s and far into the 2030s. Maybe by 2040, in a very optimistic scenario, Europe will get to a point where it will be on par with Russia in terms of military expenditure and army size, but until then, Russia stands to win any war in Europe.
