➡️ The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Grenada, a Caribbean island near Venezuela, reported Thursday that the United States has requested that it host U.S. military personnel and equipment on its territory.

➡️ In another military move in the Caribbean, According to the Foreign Affairs Ministry's statement, the Government of Grenada received a request for "the temporary installation of radar equipment and associated technical personnel at Maurice Bishop International Airport", which is located just 160 km from Venezuela.

"We assure our citizens that any decision made will be guided by Grenada's sovereignty, public safety, and national interests, including the protection of our tourism industry, travelers, and the country's economic well-being,"
