#BREAKING | Germany Signs €2B Spike Missile Deal, Sidesteps Israel Embargo
Germany has inked a €2 billion ($2.3 billion) contract with EuroSpike for the purchase and maintenance of Spike anti-tank guided missiles, channeled through NATO's procurement agency, Haaretz reports.
The deal, executed via the joint venture—80% owned by German firms Rheinmetall and Diehl, with 20% held by Israel's Rafael—sidesteps Berlin's ongoing arms export restrictions on Israel, enabling continued access to the Israeli-designed technology.

An Afghan invader, scheduled for deportation months ago, sexually assaults a young Irish girl while living in luxury at public expense.
The so-called “refugee center” where he is housed is in truth a commandeered hotel in the heart of Dublin, packed with over two thousand foreign men of fighting age, fed, clothed, and sheltered by the very people they are displacing.
The state imports these men, parades their “diversity” as virtue, and compels the native population to fund its own subjugation through colonization and slow demographic extinction.
The parasite contributes nothing, produces nothing, yet is held up as a symbol of progress while the native Irish are told that resistance is not only hateful but illegal.
Outside, the people finally rise, and the police, funded by those they oppress, form a cordon around the invader’s quarters, defending not Ireland but the treachery committed against it.

The Climate Action Network NGO is lobbying hard for the EU to enshrine the "right to affordable housing" noting that since 2015, on average, home prices rose by 53% across the EU, in some countries by more than double of the EU average.
Of course, the CAN NGO blames real-estate developers and landlords for the lack of affordable housing and soaring rents and ask the Commission to force real-estate companies to allocate 5-10% of the new homes they build to "social housing programs" and empower local governments to deny property rights in order to make use of vacant and dilapidated housing.
Despite the growing pressure on EU authorities to fix the housing bubble plaguing many of the union's cities, a few days ago, the EU announced 42 billion EURs for the student-exchange Erasmus program specifically meant to bring in more "students" from Africa and the Middle East.
Truth is, the only solution to soaring rents and unaffordable housing is #remigration. The housing bubble in European cities is a direct result of the uncontrolled levels of legal immigration. Illegal immigration can play a role too but it has much less of an impact than legal immigration as legal immigrants can rent houses without fear of being deported.
If the European Commission was interested in offering a real solution to the housing problem they would implement #remigration right away but instead, their solution as presented on their website, is empowering national governments to give state subsidies and other forms of public compensation to households who "are not able, due to market outcomes and notably market failures, to access housing at affordable conditions".
It is not the fault of the market that some people, young people especially, cannot find cheap rents or buy a home early in their adulthood. It is the fault of bad immigration policies enforced and defended at all costs by leftist and center-right governments across the EU.
This is the EU cycle

"Donald Trump no longer plans to meet Vladimir Putin in Hungary, the White House confirmed.
The US president will not meet the Russian leader in the “immediate future” after a phone call between negotiators to prepare for peace talks turned sour.
On Thursday, Mr Trump announced he would hold a second summit with Putin in Budapest after a two-hour phone call with the Russian yielded “great progress”.
However, preparations for a summit between the two leaders stalled when Moscow cancelled an in-person preparatory meeting between Sergei Lavrov, the Russian foreign minister, and Marco Rubio, the US secretary of state.
Mr Trump wanted officials from each side to convene in Hungary to prepare for his summit with Putin.
Mr Lavrov and Mr Rubio spoke by phone on Monday. According to reports, the call did not go well.
Mr Lavrov is believed to have told Mr Rubio that Russia would not accept freezing the frontline in Ukraine in the tense phone call."

PrimaLend Capital Partners filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection on Wednesday, in another sign that low-income consumers in the United States are under strain.
The company's filings in a Texas court showed that it listed both assets and liabilities of less than $500 million.
Subprime lenders provide loans to borrowers with weaker credit histories or lower credit scores, typically at higher interest rates to offset the increased risk of default.
Last month, Bloomberg News reported that PrimaLend's creditors were weighing pushing the firm into bankruptcy after going unpaid for months.
Tricolor, which sold cars and provided auto loans mostly to low-income Hispanic communities in the Southwestern United States, also filed for bankruptcy protection in September.

Yesterday, gold prices fell -5.7%, marking the largest 1-day drop since April 2013.
This is a ~4.5 sigma move.
In other words, such a large move only happens in 1 out of 240,000 days in a "normal" world.
What does it mean? Let us explain.
Statistically speaking, gold's move was a near 5-sigma event.
However, in reality, gold has seen a move of this magnitude only 34 times since 1971.
In other words, this occurs in 34 of 13,088 trading days or 0.26% of the time, per @BurggrabenH.
This is EXTREMELY rare.
Silver prices were hit even harder.
Silver fell as much as -9% in a single-day and posted its largest daily decline since the 2020 crash.
Gold and silver neared -$3 trillion in lost market cap in just over 24 hours of trade.
But, we cannot ignore what happened BEFORE this.
Before yesterday's crash, gold and silver posted their best rally in over 40 years.
Silver was up as much as +85% YTD and Gold was nearing +70% YTD returns.
Still, Silver and Gold are up +67% and +55% respectively, more than 4 TIMES the S&P 500's return.
A drop was overdue.
Flows were a CLEAR leading indicator that this drop was coming.
In the week ending October 10th, gold and silver funds posted +$8.2 billion in net inflows, the 2nd-largest inflow on record.
This followed a record +$9.5 billion seen in the prior week.
The trade was crowded.
Meanwhile, gold was up for 9-STRAIGHT weeks for the 5th time in history.
Gold has never posted 10-straight weekly gains.
In the previous 4 times this happened, gold ended an average of -13% lower 2 months later.
So, what's next after the first blow to a historic run?
In our view, gold remains fundamentally strong.
In fact, it has only improved over the last few days.
Amid the government data blackout, alternative metrics show US inflation at 2.6%.
This marks the 5th-consecutive monthly increase in these alternative metrics.
